He never called back after he said he would come by and give an estimate.
Description of Work: I've called this guy and left messages as I heard he does good work. He didn't return several calls and when I did get ahold of him he didn't come offer an estimate when he said he would. He just didn't come at all! I like to do business with people who do what they say they'll do and people that I can get in touch with if I have a question.

They didn't show up when they were supposed to many times. He didn't answer his phone. Once they finally started working, the job was done right and it looks good. It was quality work but the customer service is terrible. We are still dealing with them. They are supposed to fill out some paperwork for our insurance company because we get a reduction for the metal roof. The insurance company has faxed the paperwork to them 3 times and have still not gotten a response. I am happy with the price.
Description of Work: We used Advance Roofing to put on a new metal roof.
