Description of Work: Master Bathroom was renovated which included the following: Rip up old tile on floor and put down larger tile Take out old one piece fiberglass shower and built a new larger ceramic tile shower with a seat and a beautiful new shower door. Installed a light in the shower Ripped out old wall paper and painted the bathroom. Took out whirlpool bathtub and replaced with a larger garden tub. Put in all new lighting and plumbing fixtures Added lights where I had none (Can lights in ceiling) Painted all cabinets Replaced counter top in utility room Painted utility room Put new toilet in 1/2 bath Removed wallpaper in 1/2 bath and painted Removed door in 1/2 bath and replaced it with one that will open all the way now Added can lights in the ceiling in my office for additional lighting Painted office Repaired ceiling where I had stepped thru it from the attic Removed old countertop and replace with granite. Painted kitchen and cabinets Removed box lighting and replaced with can lighting and removed ceiling fan and replace with hanging light Designed and built an island with granite top, huge drawers and cabinet space EXTREMELY NICE Installed new black stove with glass top Removed old sinks in 2nd bathroom and replaced with new comtemporary sinks Removed wallpaper and painted in the bathroom Removed all ceiling fans inside and outside and replace with new ones Removed and replace two exterior doors.

Description of Work: Painted all the cabinets in the Kitchen, three bathrooms, and the utility room. Stained kitchen cabinets. Replaced all hinges with hidden hinges. Replaced all pulls in all cabinets with new pulls. Painted the kitchen, all three bathrooms, utility room, dining room, halls and office. Took down wallpaper (without ripping sheetrock) in all three batrooms before painting. Removed countertops in kitchen, utility room and all three batrooms. Custom built island for kitchen. Took box lights down in kitchen and replaced with recessed lighting and chandelier. Replaced chandelier in the dinning room. Replaced 5 ceiling fans inside and two outside. Installed 6 additional power outlets around the bar in the kitchen where there were none before. Put recessed lihjting in office, bathroom, and over the shower in bathroom. Replace all lighting in all three bathrooms. Took out fiberglass shower. (had to be cut in three pieces to get out of house) Took out large jacuzzi and replaced with large garden tub. Custom built an all new tile shower with bench. Ripped out tile in master bathroom and carpet in mater closet. Replaced with new tile. Replaced two exterior doors. Painted front entrance door. Custom framed master bathroom mirrors. Cleaned work area daily.
