Numerous problems that were not corrected the way they should have been corrected. Rather than correct the problems so that they would produce a product that should have been produced correctly, they performed jury rigged solutions that cost the minimal amount to fix, rather than be fixed correctly at their expense. Numerous problems with work and always, always, some excuse or inability to admit that they had performed substandard work. I have no problems with the fact that contractors do not perform their work %100 correctly. I have never performed my work %100 correctly either, but I always fixed problems when pointed out, and readily acknowledged the fact. The key aspect is how substandard work is corrected. Jesse Thomas' first response is that there is no problem. When confronted with indisputable facts that there is a problem, the fall back position is that it "was not my fault - let me find some way to blame someone else" rather than owning up to the fact that substandard work was performed.
