+ 0 moresecond floor AC wouldn't cool. came out the same afternoon that I called with two men, a truck and an enclosed trailer. had the part I needed on hand (start cap); replaced it without delay, verified gas pressure good (looked beyond the immediate problem) and verified it worked. very pleasant and very professional; i'll definitely hire him again - great experience.

Description of Work: Martin Electrical replaced our heat pump and air handler units. They left a mess of sawdust under the air handler which in turn sucked it up and blew it all over the house. The air handler is EXTREMELY loud actually has a high pitched whistle. The heat pump is perfectly useless. It does not heat the house at all unless the emergency heat strips are forcibly engaged. It's a Rheem 4 ton unit and it is terrible! Mr. Martin told me he does not work weekends or after hours so don't call. DO NOT USE!!

Description of Work: Cleaned and serviced air conditioner and furnace. Mr. Martin also installed an outdoor night light at my request. He fixed a couple of electrical outlets.

+ 0 moreThere was no fee for the and quot;service call and quot; even though I knew he incurred a cost of his time and hauling his work truck to my residence. It is wonderful to know that there are professionals like Mr. Martin out there who will do the right thing. I will definitely use Martin Electrical in future and recommend him to others in this town.
Description of Work: He examined my fuse boxes and the rooms that had been exposed to power surge resulting in the appliances, TV's and radios being fried. Mr. Martin advised me to call Entergy to fix the problem.

His guys fixed several breaker issues we had, and two other AC unit problems (clogged drain line on the drip pan and material caught on the unit's inside screen). He works quickly and is usually prompt, especially if you call his cell phone.

+ 0 moreIt went great. The owner and 2 techs came out and performed the work. Explained what was needed and why. Explained everything they were doing. Respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, and a perfect experience. I will use them in the future for all HVAC ad electrical issues. They were also cheaper than another local contractor. O sum it up very honest and very fair. I am very happy.
Description of Work: Replaced the condensing unit. A 5 ton unit. That is the unit on outside of the house. Cleaned and hauled away everything. Worked perfect.

+ 1 moreHe is the only one I've used for about 30 years. He is a number one. He is very prompt. I've never had to call him back to do anything. When he does it, it is completely done. He is also licensed and bonded.
