Garbage disposal installation

Did great repair work but didn’t show up on time and never called to tell me. I had to call them. Tracked mud in house but did offer to sweep it up but I did it myself

They fixed the hot water heater saving me a replacement. . Toilet repair was a bit expensive but that’s what I get for not knowing how to fix toilets.

I had a drain that had been slow for months gradually getting worse. I had done all I knew to do. A few months earlier, I had called a different plumber who had put in some drain cleaner, charged $200, and would not return my calls when it stopped again later that afternoon. Ray Miller's men used a plumber's snake and unstopped it quickly and it is still flowing well, a week later.

I called a couple of times with no response. When I called today he answered the phone and asked" what the h*** do you want"? I replied nothing. since I was looking for service but since you are going to be rude never mind.

Took two weeks of rescheduling and cancelled appointments before servicemen finally showed up. Work was performed adequately and at a decent cost. But there's no excuse for this level ounprofessionalism. I will not be using his services again.

On time, full crew, worked hard. This is an old, 2 story house, lots of stairs, quirky spaces, and challenged floors. In and out in a few hours, very professional. The sink had a small leak I noticed later, no questions, immediate response; and no more leak. I will call on them again.

I did not receive any contact from the company to schedule the work to completed. I spoke with Ray Miller and scheduled for someone to come out today. They did finally show up, however they did not accept the order number or coupon code stating they did not know about the purchase of the Big Deal. They also stated that maybe Angie's List is "doing these deals for themselves". I told him that they couldn't be doing that because it would be against the law. They did not accept the deal and I ended up paying them directly for the work to be completed.

We had what I would consider the worst possible plumbing nightmare. We had a leak underneath our concrete slab. Ray Miller Plumbing came in and isolated the initial leak. They came back and began demolition to get to the pipe. In doing so they had to move from the initial location, our front bathroom, into our hallway. Honestly I never thought I would hear jackhammers being used inside my home. They found what turned out to be one of two leaks and repaired it. However upon further inspection we realized that was not the only one. Bottom line what initially began as a two day job in one room ended up taking five days and effecting my master, utility room and back porch. They were always professional, courteous, and genuinely cared for our house and our well being. They fixed the leaks, put everything back for our use AND honored their original estimate on the work involved. I was absolutely blown away. If I ever have plumbing issues in the future I will certainly call on Ray Miller Plumbing.

I called about 7 AM and they were on the here at a little after 8 AM. They immediately looked at the water heater and found the problem. The heater was over 12 years old and I told them to replace it. They left and returned with a new heater and had it installed in less than an hour. I had a small leak on the backwash line on the water softener and they removed and replaced it to stop the leak. The men were very courteous and prompt in their service. I will call them again when I need a plumber..

Bought home with a failing septic system. We did not know that at the time, called 2 other plumbing repair companies with the only thing worked on was my pocket book. After no solution with the other two, I called Ray, he came out and knew exactly what was happening. Ray sent two guys out the next day to get to work. I would recommend Ray and his guys over anyone in the Tupelo area. These guys showed up and got right to work on a solution to fix my septic problem. Also, they came up with cost savings on correcting another part of my problem. With a house full of 3 beautiful kids, toilets that don't flush or worse backed up into the house was horrible. It has been 1 month since the repair and my family (especially my wife) could not be any happier. I can not express to everyone in our are to only call and use Ray. Ray, to you and your guys. THANK YOU!

sealed off house with plastic tore out sheet rock jig sawed into concrete foundation repaired damaged pipe poured concrete repaired sheet rock installed new hot water heater All completed within 3 hours and area was cleaned. The staff was professional and friendly. The price was accurate given all the materials and tools used. I recommend Ray Miller Plumbing 100%.

I love the fact that I chose Ray Miller Plumbing!!! Mr. Ray was very nice and he explained everything to me that they were doing. I also like the fact that he didn't treat me like a number or try to get over on me, like previous plumbers!!! I've never experienced, such a hard working plumber, even his workers were very nice & very explainable with everything!!! To be honest with you I don't even think they took many breaks, bc they were working so hard!!Before I decided to use Ray Miller Plumbing company, everyone that I asked about him had something awesome to say about this company and now I see why!! He showed up the day that he said he was coming and he was on time!!!! I've deleted all the plumbers numbers in my phone except Ray Miller Plumbing!!! He's the BEST!!!!! Ray arrived on time and we discussed the problem. He was very professional and after I had discovered what had happened I was super worried. He assured me that it would be no problem and he could get started immediately. He gave me an estimate and even turned it into the insurance company for me. His employed arrived on time and they were very neat and professional. Once the work had started he found a better and cheaper way in which to reroute the pipes. I called and he returned and once again wrote an cheaper estimate and turned it into my insurance provider. The guys worked 2 days and I mean ALL DAY and it was HOT. They had to jackhammer my patio, haul all the concrete off, and put in a new pipe. They even went as far as to hook up new washing machine hoses(I bought these) and a new dryer vent and cover(again I bought these). They cleaned up their mess and allowed me to do nothing. Very professional and top notch crew here.

I call on Monday morning at 8:00 AM, they showed up at my door by 8:30!! They were there to fix a water pressure issue on my kitchen faucet. They fixed it in a few minutes but I decided to replace the faucet. I went and picked up a new faucet and decided to have them hook up a bathroom sink and faucet. The were very nice about it and did the work quickly and flawlessly.
