Walter Cook

Walter's contact info was provided to us by our realtor (along with multiple other inspectors). I reached out to a few of them via email, and he was quick to respond. Walter was able to schedule the home inspection with only a few days notice. We met him at the property the day of the inspection (although we were not required to do so) and we followed along as he investigated the home. Walter is incredibly friendly and personable, but most importantly, he is very thorough. The entire inspection took about 2.5 hours, and the follow up report was provided to us the following day. The fact that Walter was so willing to discuss what he was looking for, and what he was seeing was very valuable to us. Furthermore, he also made multiple recommendations for up-keep, general safety and other cosmetic fixes that were not mandatory within the scope of his service. Overall, he is a kind and intelligent man with years of expertise. We definitely recommend using him for a home inspection!
