+ 5 moreShain and his team surpassed our expectations. Our Master Bath has been transformed into a Spa Retreat. This was all accomplished on time (8 days) and on budget. The best part, our home was treated with respect by everyone.
Description of Work: Removed Jacuzzi and walk in shower - jack hammered floor to create adequate slope for a 4' x 5' wheelchair accessible roll-in shower. Installed floor and wall tile, fixtures and grab bars in shower - created a linen closet (from old shower space) complete with shelves. Installed handicap height toilet - opened wall to reinforce for new grab bar. Replaced knob type sink faucets with easier lever type. Enlarged entry doorway to 36" and repurposed door for closet. Removed popcorn ceiling - painted throughout.
