Fergie Crill

Fergie Crill has been my go-to real estate agent for 5 years.  She has handled the sale of one house, purchase of another and a land purchase for me.  She is remarkably professional and her advertising of your property is the most comprehensive of all other agents.  Her flyers and website brochures always include most pertinent details such as square footage, acreage, type of appliances, fixtures, floors etc. She takes excellent well-lighted photos that show off the best qualities of your house.  So often, I've searched for real estate and seen horrible dark pictures of rooms in houses which don't encourage me to even look at the house, but none of Crill's listings are like that.  If you want to sell your house, she does the best job at advertising it, that's for sure. Her rates are reasonable and she is always on-call and ready to work.  Additionally, she is a very pleasant and energetic person, not at all pushy and very honest; just what you want as a real estate agent.  That's why any time I have real estate transactions, I always call her up.
