I would rate their work probably at a B. I would give him a B on the pricing because I had a better experience with his pricing. What he gave me was what it was going to cost and I didn't have to pay anymore. But the only thing about Couvillion was, they didn't consult us on some choices they did like the fixtures in the bathroom and stuff like that. They put an air conditioner in that sun room and it sounded like we were on a jet plane when it was on, but they were very responsive in coming over and changing that out. We just had to pay the difference in cost of that. That is the only thing I can say about them. They were very responsive in coming back and checking work and collecting things that we found after the inspection. The younger brother said that he was an architect, so it wasn't necessary for us to hire an architect to design a sun room. So we trusted that and I went online and looked at some work that they said they had done and it looked good. We went with the architectural plans that he drew and it wasn't until towards the end of the job after the roof had been put on, that I noticed that there was no room for a crawl space over the sun room. So I asked about it and I didn't get a satisfactory answer. This was part of what I thought should have been included in architectural design. As it turned out, he is a landscape architect.

They had pretty good quality of work. They do good work, but they need better supervision of their sub-contractors.
