Comcast

Lately it has been decent, but at first they were shitty; they would do what they said and went up on my bill. We have all the kinks worked out now, my internet is working and everything is good to go.

Please note that in the past, I always paid my bill in full and on time, having cable service since day one in our area about 25 years ago. I never had any problem with my cable service until I had major surgery March, 2006. It seems as though my bill kept getting charges for things or reasons I was not told. I did without my T.V. enjoyment for two-to-three years until 2009 when two nice men activated my service again, at which time I learned that my cable had changed from Capitol Cablevision to nationwide-known Comcast. It seems I've had nothing but problems, especially on my den T.V. I still had a V.C.R. hooked to that T.V. I found that the V.C.R. was set to "sattelite". Every time I changed the setting to cable, it jumped right back to satellite. I had no sattelite, but my business neighbor, Mr. Jesse Summers, had a satellite dish on top of his building. Then, for a while, on the better bedroom T.V., I was getting every channel available including accessibility to Playboy and some movies, requiring payment. I'll never forget the scene of a black man spanking the bottom of a woman while I was searching for church. I didn't want or pay for all of those services. I reported the problem to comcast. There have been several visits to my home, one where I did not ask for new wiring from the outside box around the eave of my home. Somewhere around that time, I found again, just like telephone AT&T service, my long-time service was connected to Mr. Jesse Summers' building at 5631 Terry Rd., Byram, MS. I had been assigned as a business account at some point, but given credit for that one time around December, 2011. After I figured out that Mr. Jesse Summers had been using my AT&T telephone main cable for his Comcast phone and computer service since he built there. On the Sunday of the July 4, 2012 holiday, I cut both Comcast lines on the back of my home, phoned customer service, and reported what I had done. I also realized my home was full of Comcast-comparable security cameras and that I was being watched eating, sleeping, bathing, shaving, changing clothes, and all personal aspects of daily living. I phoned Comcast and reported that I had cut those lines and to feel free to arrest me. Though, I was the one who had nothing wrong or illegal. I asked that Mr. Brian Roberts, Chairman, CEO, and Director of Comcast re-read his lengthy letter with attachments which was sent certified mail on 12/23/2011. Mr. Jesse Summers started clearing the lot at 5631 Terry Rd. at the end of October, 1996. Since that date, the theft, lies, and destruction of personal property has not ceased. Please also read the Angie's List documentation of 9/14/2012 on AT&T regarding the problems related to Mr. Jesse Summers et al. Is there no safety, security, or privacy left for anyone, especially for single women? Mr. Jesse Summers et al is a parasite, a leach, liar, thief, pervert, and has interfered in every aspect in my life including medical. Please stop him! This activity, including the Comcast security system he and Deputy Brian McCurley installed without my knowledge or permission is only a means to be "PEEPING TOMS". This type of activity is uncalled for. This, in my book, is lewd and lesivious. Because of Mr. Jesse Summers et al, fifteen plus years of eavesdropping and peeping, he has ultimately caused 2 deaths and countless harm to others, including professionals. Fifteen plus years of his tongue-wagging, back biting, nosey, rude, destructive, deceptive practices, slandering and defaming myself, as well as those of my friends and associates, which he only knew from his activity. STOP HIM! If this were Biblical Old Testament days, his eyes, his ears, and tongue would be removed. Please stop him immediately. Who is going to compensate me for all of my damages, and when? I call this fifteen years of emotional rape.
