Description of Work: Ordered 14 windows on April 29th, was told by the salesman that they would take 4 weeks to manufacture. I expected them to be installed in early June. As it turns out it took twice that long. My windows are being installed now. Only one person doing the work. It is taking three days to complete the job. One of the windows is made incorrectly. The decorative crossbar is in the wrong place. The installer has said it will be taken care of. I am pleased with the look of the windows and the quality seems to be superb. The contracted installer is doing an excellent job. He has explained the process thoroughly answering all of my questions and then some. He cleans up as he goes, taking everything with him at the end of the day. Even though it has taken longer then expected to receive my windows I am very satisfied with the product and the service of the installer.

+ -1 moreOne of the back windows has parts missing. The screens droop and will not stay in place. They nailed some of the trim and tried to cover with caulking. They have been slow to respond to their problems with quality control. We request that they take care of these problems. They advertise a life time warranty but need to do the job right the first time. Update: Argon gas has leaked out of windows and we have condensation, so there is moisture between the windows. The windows are not efficient, the house is cold even with the heat blowing constantly. The picture window is crooked by about three inches. They cleaned the inside of the window with solvent and now there are scratches all over, and they are hard to open. They knocked some bricks off the side of the house and filled it with caulk. Also made a hole in our Formica countertop with their tools. We want to sell our house but we haven't even been able to show it like this. Our house is freezing. We've been dealing with this for 16 months. They left shattered glass and other messes on the floor. We had to use painters tape just to keep the air from leaking through, but nothing works. We would be better off just leaving our old windows in, at least it would be warmer. Go to any other company! Do not use this company! Totally a rip-off company.
Description of Work: Quality of work was very poor. The first crew that came out made a real mess and were very unprofessional. They did the sloppiest job with the caulking. It was smeared all over the brick with their fingers. They used different colors of caulking. Some of the trim was cut short and filled in with caulking. They smeared caulking in the screens. They scratched up some of the windows. The caulking has discolored and it stands out like a sore thumb. this makes it hardtop clean the window frames. The front picture window was not installed properly and is sagging in the middle. This window needs replacing. The second crew that came out was more skilled but just tried to cover over the mistakes of the first crew. Some of the trim needs to be replaced because of being cut short. The caulking needs to be fixed.

+ -1 moreThey arrived on the day as planned. They completed the work in one day. They cleaned up as they went along and left nothing for us to clean up. I am so happy with the windows, they look great. the workers were very good, they were polite and worked hard all day long to complete the work in one day. There was nothing left for me to do when they left, just admire my new windows. Very pleased with this company. would use them again.

+ -1 moreWindow World replaced all the windows in my home with energy efficient windows. They were fantastic! The installers came and did the job in one day. They worked tirelessly until they were completely finished and made sure I was satisfied. Not only is our house cooler, the noise reductions is amazing. We have no more condensation on the windows, and no more drafts! We replaced the old, aluminum single pane windows. We also received $500 from TVA through their Energy Right program! Go to www.tva.com for information on the program. I have recommended Window World to all my friends and family.
Description of Work: Window World replaced all the windows in my home with energy efficient, double hung, dual pane windows. They removed my old windows and disposed of them.
