Description of Work: Work seems to be good, it's a metal roof so I'm not sure just how good the screws were installed...only time will truly tell. I was,quoted a,price and told that included cleaning up and,hauling off all debris from the roof job.They picked most of it all up from around the house itself yet..they just dumped the multiple piles of old shingles and other trash from the job all around my yard!!! I had my husband call and ask that they come actually clean up all the debris and was,told they would... I have several photos of the "piles of trash/debris throughout multiple spots in my yard!!! I paid them Thousands of dollars for the metal roof and labor... the thanks I got for paying their office personal over the phone...trusting the job was done as promised was they treated my yard like the "landfill"!!!

+ -1 moreI saw Wages advertising sign stuck in a nearby neighbors yard. We've lived in our house for a year and a half. Ever since we moved in the roof around the chimney had leaked, a lot. We had tried to contact several Roof Repair Agents in the area. We couldn't get anyone out there. So I called Wages. The young lady was very polite on the phone told me that she would have someone out there that afternoon. She told me that once he had evaluated the repair he would give me and call and inform us of what needed to be done along with the price. I waited all day for someone to come look at the damages. No one ever called or showed up. I waited til the next business day and called back to see if someone would be out to look at the damage. She assured me that this time someone would be there.. No one ever showed up or called. We made other arrangements for the repair. From my personal experience dealing with the roofing agencies around the Tupelo area has been horrible.
