I should have realized we had a problem when the installer arrived and immediately said you could not place new flooring over the existing wood, even though the previous flooring had been on that wood for 15 years. I approved having the installer place new plywood over the existing wood before covering with vinyl or carpet. The installer was to put quarter round where the floor meets the baseboard. Some was left undone while other strips could be detached from the wall with a tap of the foot or by simply picking it up. The installer ran out of floor covering for one bathroom and let it undone. Some months passed when the carpet began to "buck." The "waves" made it extremely noticeable and made it difficult to walk across the floor without tripping. Apparently the carpet was not properly stretched. After repeated calls, I finally got an installer to come out to install in the bathroom left undone. At that time, I pointed out all the problems left by the previous installer. I also told him what the previous installer said about putting new plywood over the sub-floor. He said he wasn't prepared to do that. He left but returned the following day. He returned while we were at work and installed the flooring but not the plywood. As a result, that room is an inch or so lower that the rest of the flooring in the house. I see Jordan's ads on local news every night, and I wonder how may poor fools have been taken by these crooks. I would NEVER use this company for ANY of their services.

Horrible experience. I called again after all this time to let them know that I was going to write reviews because My floor looks awful and I am going to have to replace. It needed replacing right after I bought it.
