I paid them repeatedly to come out and fix Freon leaks. Then paid almost 1000 dollars for a new coil. The Freon still leaked. Had another company come out who easily found and fixed the leaks after one visit. The good thing about this business is that they will send you a bill so you don’t have to pay up front. The bad thing is, I feel like I was milked for money on an easily fixed problem.

They're really good. They always come when you call them. If you have a problem thye are usually very responsive quickly. The workers were nice and professional.

Comfort Engineering always comes right away if we have problems with our air conditioning or our heat. It's up and running before they leave too! They never have put us off and make appointments if we are down. Money is not demanded but billed. They're a great company to deal with.

A great experience. I got several quotes. Thought I needed new ductwork. They looked at my existing and said it was of good quality and well sealed. Saved me thousands and provided me with a great new system at half the cost of a competitor. The competitor had told me I HAD to replace all my duct work.

The guys were very knowledgable and professional. They had us fixed up and were on their way quickly.
Description of Work: A/C unit had frozen and was leaking inside house. The guys came out same day I called. They blew out the drain, instructed us on how to keep it clean, and checked the outside unit.

The men that installed the first used unit were somewhat dismissive of me which upset me at first but another service person intervened and handled the rest of the installation with nothing but professionalism.
Description of Work: Air conditioning unit went out and the company first brought a used unit at my request. The used unit literally exploded the next day and I asked to have another unit to replace that one but instead decided on a new unit. The new unit was installed immediately.

The company sent someone the same day I called. The technician called before arrival. He was on time, friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing. He did not leave a mess. I was very pleased with his work.
Description of Work: Our central air unit was not cooling all the time. The technician checked for a problem and found it was low on freon. He filled it and changed the air filter inside my house. He also checked the thermostat. I have not received a bill yet and don't know how much they will charge at this time.
