After moving to Tupelo Ms. we went to Adair Carpet and purchased a 12X12 Carpet and pad for our living room. It was a piece of wall to wall carpet we wanted to use as an area rug. They we friendly and professional at this point. They cut off the amount we needed and told us that it would need to be bound and would have to be sent out to have this done, which would take a week before we could pick it up. We agreed, paid (the binding was an additional charge) and left. The next day they called to inform us that it did NOT need binding, they would reimburse the binding fee and we could come pick it up. When we arrived they told us they forgot to remove it from the pile of binding rugs and so it was on the truck heading to the binding company, but would not be bound. A few days later we got the call, it was back and ready for pick up. When we arrived they loaded it on our truck and said thank you for our business. I reminded them of the reimbursement for binding and the man said that's right wait one moment and I will get that, then he walked away. We were the only customers during this whole process but yet we had to wait over 20 min. to get the reimbursement check and had to ask a couple more times about it and what the hold up was. Felt like they were hoping we would first forget and then later get fed up and leave with out it. Since moving to Tupelo we have felt like the business's try to cheat you. (read our reviews for Renick plumbing and Room to Room Furniture). Have to also watch the fast food restaurants (drive thru) McDonald's,Taco Time, KFC have all with held part of our order on numerous occasions. . I understand that in the drive thru things move at a fast pace and mistakes happen, but it happens here way to often. Also other towns offer you a free dessert or something for the inconvenience but all you get here is an I'm sorry.

We first visited the Adair showroom to look at the samples of laminate they had available. We found a sample that matched our existing laminate (already installed by previous owner in the adjoining hall). They gave us a rough estimate of what the total price would be so that we could compare estimates from other installers. Even though their price was slightly higher than what we had found at Home Depot, we were impressed with the personal touch and friendliness of the owners at Adair. When we decided to use Adair, we called them up to schedule a time for measurements. Freddy and Tracey came to our home and not only measured, they also brought more samples for us to view. We went with the one that we had originally picked out. They went over the estimate line-by-line with us so that we could fully understand what the costs would be. We then scheduled an installation date. The crew arrived on time and worked quickly and professionally. They completed the entire job in one day, including moving the furniture out of the rooms and then back in the rooms at the end of the job. They were courteous, friendly and hard-working. We would definitely recommend using Adair for this type of job.

the storefront salesperson was very nice and took us to exactly the items we inquired about. she didn't attempt to sway us to more expensive items. they are always awesome to work with.

I had a group of worker's from Adair Carpet come out and put some flooring in my house. The boss's name was Lee. When they came out, they were there on time everyday and didn't leave until they told me they were. They said they would stay all day and they did. They never just stood around. I never heard the first rude word. It was always yes ma'am and no ma'am. If I had a question about anything I could ask him and he would tell me and never once acted put out or anything. His crew was very polite and courteous. They were careful with all of my furniture. There were absolutely no mistakes in the wood or the tile. I wanted the tile cut specific ways in my foyer and the hardwood around my fireplace and I got exactly what i wanted. I will never use anyone but him. If I have to be put on a waiting list, I will.
