Terrrible. It was one delay after another. I had painters, landscapers, gutters, carpenters, and window treatments lined up waiting for weeks for our foundation work to be done, and it was one broken promise after another as to when Michael Bankston would show up to do the work. He has missed appointments when I took off work to wait for him. His "secretary" is extremely unprofessional, does not answer the telephone, and will not give him messages in a timely manner because she refuses to call his cell. It is nearly impossible to get a message to or from him and usually takes several days. He's been sitting on our check for over six weeks. We were told he would start this week (after already delaying two months), but nobody showed up and when I finally got through I was told it would not be this week but that I could call back next Monday. No apologies are ever given. In addition, after receiving a second and third opinion from other structural engineers, I realized that the type of repair that was made previously on our house was sub-par. But I was stuck with this company because of the warranty purchased by the previous owner. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! Call Ewing & Ray instead. They are great.

Michael Bankston's initial inspection was postponed, but he called to reschedule it. It was professional and his cost with a life time warranty was lower than another estimate for comparable work. Problem was that it took repeated, unreturned phone calls to get them out to do the job and they realized they would need to adjust more pilings than planned. The work done was adequate though gaps show between the foundation and the house in a few places. The main complaint is that they didn't return phone calls and/or keep appointments.

They did a good job and they were there a little bit longer than they said they would be. They worked the whole time and they never changed the price on us. They were a good company.

The owner, Michael, was the lead manager throughout the entire process. He was great to work with. Very upfront about the entire process. He warned us that our home would be a complete disaster during the construction. He was right!!! They did an excellent job at keeping the dust and dirt to a minimum. Once the job was finished they did a great job at cleaning up and putting everything back to the way it was. This was a 4 week job and they hustled to finish as quickly as possible. They worked 6 days a week. The service and workmanship were Excellent! Highly Recommended!

After the work I needed him to come back and explain about how to keep the french drain clean. It took numerous telephone calls (never returned) and a threatening letter to get him to respond.

Mississippi Foundation Repair did a great job for me the were very fast, very competitive on pricing and kept my yard clean through the whole process. I had gotten several other estimates and they beat them all, didn't take any short cuts to beat the other guys estimates. I would recommend them to anyone!!!.

Fantastic Company! Too bad I can't give a higher rating than A. Our experience with Mississippi Foundation Repair was wonderful. I only wish I had known how simple what appeared to be a overwhelming task could be. Michael Bankston and his entire crew were incredible. The prices were very competitive. The work superior! Having been through a complete nightmare with another foundation company on several occasions we were extremely cautious when we were told by an independent engineer that to correct our foundation we would have to put pilings in the interior of our home and have all previous outside work restructured. Just so you know and quot; You can't fix for goodand quot; very misleading advertisement from and quot;the other companyand quot;. especially when they don't do the work correctly, Mr. Bankston did an evaluation of our home, worked with our engineer, gave us the best price in town, and I can't believe how happy we are with our house! They were punctual, hard working, extreme heat conditions, and completed a large job in a short amount of time. They used every precaution to protect our flooring and to do minimal damage to the interior of my home. They went over and above to save flooring! The job actually was bigger than originally anticipated because all of the preexisting work was done incorrectly, Mr. Bankston honored our contract and went over and above to make sure that our home was taken care of. His crew was outstanding. Having previous experience on multiple occasions with construction crews I can say by far, Mr. Bankston's crew were the most courteous, diligent folks that we have ever had the pleasure to work with. My husband and I are both relieved to have finally found the best foundation company in town.

They're a terrible company who did terrible work, they were very untimely and their prices were unreasonable. We had them do work twice, one was 3 years ago and another was about 5 years ago. Their punctuality was terrible.

good results. only drawback was an increase in the cost of their estimate of about 33% partway thru the job. cost increase wa justified due to actual increase in the amount of work that had to be added to the original bid.

Fairly well. Some mix up on dates. Seemed to do a good job stabilizing the and evening out slab as windows were getting stuck. Did leave 2 holes in the yard around the house.

It took a few days for the quote which I thought was too high but wanted to have the chance to discuss it. I called the individual on his cell phone twice - no answer either time. I left a message that I needed to discuss the job. Never got a call back. Guess $3000 was not enough money for them to bother with a return call. And this was during a time when they were trying to get my business. Can't imagine how responsive they'd be after they actually had it.

I called about a quote and the lady was extremely kind, but the estimator never called me back. The job I wanted was in the county and small so I understand why they wouldn't want it. I just wish they would have called me and told me so. The reason I gave a B is the lady was very nice even though I didn't use them for work. The purpose of Angie's list is to be honest about the experience and this is exactly how it happened. I actually had the work done by a handyman.

I am very happy with the services provided by MS Foundation Repair Specialists. The owner came out to go over everything with us prior to work and gave us a very detailed overview of the work that had to be done. Work commenced about a week afterward. We had to move out because interior pilings were installed, but we stopped by every day. Foreman and workers were very courteous and took us through the house to show everything that was being done. One of the men even watered the hanging plants for us. House is completely level now, and the French Drain installed works beautifully. Our front patio no longer looks like a Louisiana swamp when it rains. Several homeowners in our area are in need of foundation repair and we have plenty of cards to hand out. Top notch quality, top notch people, top notch company.

The workers showed up around 8:00 or 9:00 every morning until the job was complete. It took them 2 days (if that) on my foundation repair and about 4 days on my roof. My only complaint is that I found lots of nails on the ground in one spot....but it was probably due to the serious rain we had the last day as they were cleaning up. Overall great experience!

The initial inspection and estimate process was conducted by the owner. Once we contracted with them, they began the work a couple of weeks later. Overall, they did a very good job of undertaking the work and returning all of the areas to the same state as it was before. The workers were very courteous and did a pretty good job of explaining what they did once the work was completed. I am pleased with the results and how the job went.

All-in-all, it went well. I would use them again as their quote was on the bottom end of bids received for "lifetime" warranties. The quality of their work is good. Two things that detracted from their rating: There was often times a language barrier....majority of workers did not appear to speak English; Secondly, they left their trash (bottles, napkins, etc.) lying around during the 5 days they were at the house--however, they did a really nice job of cleaning up after the job was completed.
