Description of Work: Tried to clear pipe in bathroom without having to damage the wall - which didn't quite work out. Removed the toilet, cut a small access place and cleaned the pipe. Went and purchased an access panel and installed it. One of the most important things he does all the time, though, is think about minimal damage to your home. This time he put plastic down through the front foyer, through the den, the hall and into the bathroom so the machine to clear the pipe wouldn't leave a mess on my very light colored carpet. The time before he came, it was pouring rain outside and every time he came in he removed his boots to avoid making a mess. He's as thorough in his work as he is in the details. Hate giving such a good review because it may mean he gets too busy ! I can't recommend him enough.

+ -1 moree-mailed pictures and complete dialog of work to be done. Agreed on price after back and forth. In closing e-mail, "..... you will not need to purchase another thing". Plumber arrived and said he would need an additional $100.00 to complete work. I promply dismissed him. .
