He had experience with this product line and had done this work before. You'd think a fridge install would be simple; however, this brand and model required a lot of work. Mr. Lott was familiar with the product line and the specific product. At least ask if he's done this type of work before.

I had used another service previously to repair my refrigerator and was not real happy with the experience. I searched Agie's list and found Lott's Appliance repair service. I contacted them and before the repairman came the ice maker on my second refrigerator went out. He was very polite and informative as to the needed repairs. He had to go back to the shop for parts and worked both refrigerators until 6:30 PM but repaired both refrigerators at a price that I thought was very reasonable!!! I will recommend Lott's repair service and Angie's list to all my friends!!

I took my broken microwave to Lott Appliance Repair and they were very honest about the particular model that I had. I was told that it would probably cost way more to repair than it was worth and that this particular model had issues. I was very grateful for their honesty and didn't waste anymore money on repairing it. I looked online at the same model and it had really bad reviews on reliability so I truly believe Lott Appliance was very honest with me.
