Description of Work: Came out and said it would require $1,800.00 to repair our home A/C. After the tech left, I noticed he did not put everything outside together properly (a fuse). I put it back correctly and the air started to work better. The tech called the next morning to see if he could come out and do the job. when I said I was getting another opinion, he hung up upset. I Called Oak Grove air for a 2nd opinion. Oak Grove repaired it for $102 and it's still working great. Honestly did not place comments on Angie's because they were so dishonest I felt they may retaliate. Our homeowners assoc has been made aware as well as out security company.

Description of Work: My Speed Queen washer started making a terrible noise the night before my college boy was coming home for spring break with a pile of laundry on Friday. I called early Fri morning and they had an appointment time for 11:30 which worked with my lunch schedule. He arrived promptly at 11:30 and assessed the machine. He went to get the part to fix it (a pump I think & a belt) but unfortunately the part would need to be ordered. He called to tell me & was very apologetic. I offered to go ahead & pay his service call, but he said that wasn't necessary. The part store told him the parts would be in on Monday, but he warned me that they often didn't come in to the following day. Sure enough, the part arrived on Tuesday. He came out & fixed the machine at the time we decided upon. The machine has been working great every since. |I appreciate his honesty about the amount of time until the part came in . He was quick and knowledgeable. Would definitely use him again!

I called to make an appointment on a Sunday afternoon, and by Monday noon it was repaired. They were prompt, including a call as requested to let me leave work and meet him at my house. My call included diagnosis, replacement parts, cleaning and cleanup. The price seemed reasonable for the work. He was courteous and helpful with questions I asked. I felt satisfied that I had been treated fairly.

He finanlly decided it was the pump had gone bad due to the amout of sand that was found hanging around my washer. We were lucky a pump to fit WAS ON HIS TRUCK. VERY FAST AND EFFIENCT AND A PLEASE TO DO BUSINESS WITH. -- WILL BE CALLING THE AGAING AND REFERING TO MANY CUSTOMER! nEXT MONTH, MY MOM AND I ARE BOTH GOINT TO HAVE OUR A/C UNITS SERVICED BEFORE SUMMER!- i WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE.

The first time was for an home appliance, but this time it was for my central heating system. Not only is this company super fast to get out , they are honest and very professional. Had my unit up and running in less than an hour, even had the part on the truck. This kind of service is hard to come by . I will continue to use them.!

+ -1 moreI typically don't give 5 star reviews but I think this is worth it. These guys work 7 days a week. I was able to have someone come out and service my refrigerator within 2 hours of the call , the day before thanksgiving. Glenn was my service guy and he could of taken me to the cleaners with some parts but he just made a simple fix and got everything back up and running. He even took the time to clean out the coils and clear all the lines and everything. It was just great. Cool guy too!

+ -1 moreI originally called Bienvenu s for my central ac but while they were repairing my ac they informed me that they also specialized in home appliance repair . I asked him to look at my refrigerator because it had not been cooling like it use to and he quickly found that the issue was dirty coils. Within the next 12 hours my refrigerator was back to normal. I highly recommend them.

They showed me it was the appliance, not the pipes. I canceled the plumber. I have them on my cell phone now. I trusted them completely. They knew what they were doing.

+ -1 moreMr Bienvenu was very professional, he identifed my problem very quickly, he gave me an estimated price and explained what the problem was. He had to order the part but was able to come back the next day and install it. While he was here we talked about my other appliances I have a very old Kenmore refrigerator that runs great so i won't replace it. He told me many people don't think about their refrigerator coils, they need to be cleaned every so often, I never have in over 20 years of use. He checked and showed me it was very dirty He got his cleaning brush and cleaned them for me for no charge. He and his son seem like really nice people and I will use them again for any jobs I have that they specialize in.
