They were able to come out in a reasonable amount of time. We already knew that our ductwork had a big hole in it and was basically leaking out all the cool air under the trailer, causing the power bill to be double what it should be. This wasn't an emergency situation, but they responded quickly anyways. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable and kept us up to date on what was going on. I will continue to use them for maintenance on our unit.

Great! Great! Great! My A/C unit stopped cooling on a Friday afternoon. I called and talked to Alan, the owner. He was very nice and said that coming on Saturday morning was not a problem. Alan came himself and had the problem fixed in no time. He was extremely professional, nice and had the job done in no time, I would highly recommend this company to my friends.

I asked them to quote me on a new additional AC unit for the home. I got a few calls back to the effect of "we're working on it" but then the calls just stopped. Never heard from them again.

The morning they came, we were under tight time constraints, and they assured us they would get the job done with what little time they had; and they did. The 45-year-old duct work they were working on was disconnected and taped together. It's near 100 here in the summer and the A/C was running all the time. The attic was well air-conditioned. Our cooling bill was out of sight, $450 a month. Pierre was up in the attic about an hour, Alan occasionally supplying him with parts, and he fixed the problems with the duct work.. I asked Alan about using the whirly vents to save cost, and he explained that it wouldn't do the job that needed to be done. Meanwhile, while Pierre was working on the duct work, Alan, a master electrician, at the same time installed the two power vents. Today, with the power vents working and the duct work in good shape, the A/C kicks on and off at frequent intervals, telling me our next electric bill is going to be considerably less. Without our asking, they repaired the pull-down stairs to the attic. Partway through the work a third worker, Jacob, appeared, to help. He is Alan's son. They all worked together like a well-oiled machine. All in all, they made the repairs a pleasant experience for us.

It went extremely well, the technicians were courteous and we knew every step of the way what they were doing and why. Good honest people!!

Alan's Air Conditioning showed up on time and provided a great service. They checked our A/C unit thoroughly, cleaned and fixed a few minor things, and were very polite to explain what they were doing and why. Highly recommended - will use again.

Pierre and Jake arrived on time in a van with the name of their business on it. I showed them where the return was and the unit outside. They inspected both and told me the coil was very dirty. Which I knew because I had not had the unit devices in several years. Then they proceeded to clean the inside then outside. I guess it took them about an hour or so. Pierre was very knowledgeable about his job. He explained about the new units they sell because my unit is very old. All in all it was a very good experience. I would use them again. Very professional.

Alan installed two units with great service. Alan is a man of his word and will stand by it. Great overall job!
