First when I bought the Hot tub there was no owners manual. I paid 4300.00 for it and it was displayed on the show room floor. shortly after purchasing it the plug melted on it. they ordered a new one for it. the old one was still working on it so I asked them to hold on to it till I needed it. Well the day came that I needed it and they had used it for another job. they had to reorder it and it took a month or so to get a new one. After they replaced the plug then the panel quit working. they came back and said it worked for them. I could not make it work and had no problem operating it before the new plug. The owner came out and examined it and I showed him how I could not operate it. After I reminded him that the hot tub was under warranty he said OH! I will order it then. It should take 4-5 days. It has been a month and still does not work. I use my hot tub in the winter and the end of winter is coming up. I called last week and got the excuse that he was really mad because he is waiting for several hot tub parts that he did not receive. On top of everything else after I made the purchase I started looking around and found that I paid 2000.00 more because I bought it from them. Home depot had the same hot tub for 2895.00. Tonight as I was searching online to find the warranty terms I saw the suggested retail was 3695.00 discounted to 2895.on Wayfair.com. I would NOT recommend Statewide Pools in Summit MS to anyone. I feel that they put the screws to me and took advantage of someone single and older, looking to buy a hot tub. I am 70 years old, female, and single.The hot tub was made by Coleman.

I wrote a review on them before and as soon as I wrote that review, their company had a 180 degree change. I would like to think of it that way because it was not too long after I wrote that, their service and attitude got better. The people who were not able to do the job no longer work there. The feedback was amazing. I also hear less complains form people who used them. Today, they were here before eleven. They did great service. They?re cleaning my pool. Every time I call with a concern, they are right on it. I get actions now unlike before that they try to appease me.

They sent someone over the next day and each time I contacted them during the 7 week ordeal. They replaced the following during this time: valve, which had to be done twice because it was put on backwards the first time; replaced the pump handle, but didn't get a proper seal, so the pool water was draining quickly, so they installed a ball valve. Next, they replaced the filter sand. Even after all this work was performed, our pool was still dirty! It wasn't until my husband called them that they were able to get the pool swim able in a day! This company prides itself on customer service, but the only time we received any is when we were shelling out more cash
Description of Work: We had them on a monthly schedule during the winter months and starting in March they didn't perform service for six weeks and we had a lot of pollen in our pool that turned to algae, so I contacted them. In 2012 we had this same experience with them, but all was ok when we put them on a weekly schedule. We didn't choose to do this in 2013 because we didn't feel like valued customers and couldn't see spending over $200.00 per month when they couldn't get here as scheduled.
