Tidy Girls Cleaning Service

I have used Tidy Girls service for about 4 years now. From day one 3-4 woman have come to my house about once month and have done a great job every time. I was looking for a service that would do a great job cleaning, someone that I could trust in my home, and give me a fair price for the job. Dede will call me and schedule my cleaning at the beginning of the month and them call and remind me a few days before they come. Dede and the Tidy Girls are always polite. They will clean the little things that you don't think about, like the grooves in my dining room chairs and door frames. They get in, work hard and get out. No playing around. Dede always calls the next day to ask if everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. They go above and beyond to make sure that I am a happy customer. I would and have recommended Tidy Girls to my friends. Give them a try. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I must start off by saying we have a baby that has certain nap times so the owner, DEDE, said oh yeah we work around your schedule and what you need.....Liar! She also said she would pass my contact information over to the cleaners so they could text me when they got here so they didn't wake the baby.......Liar! She quoted my a estimate price for the deep clean package and then told her cleaners to do the basic.....Theif! After strike three I called to confront her about my issues and she had her assist tell me she was way too busy and wouldn't be able to talk to me......Lazy! She later texted me and blamed it on me. I WILL NOT be using this company ever again. Even her employees talked bad about how she treats customers and employees. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner is a Liar, Theif, and just straight Lazy and Mean!

The house cleaning service I was provided was thorough, prompt and courteous. My initial phone conversation was informative. My follow up visit for an estimate was prompt. I thought my initial price would go down after the first visit. It's a bit high considering I am now receiving weekly service. I intend to use Tidy Girls as much as possible. Addendum: Tidy Girls was willing to come down off my initial price if I continue to use their service weekly. I really appreciate their follow through. I have been treated a an individual at every visit. I would not hesitate to suggest their service for anyone.
