+ -1 moreHe came out to diagnose the problem, AC didn't work and it stayed broken all summer while we waited for him to figure it out. I called and left messages with no response. I went by his shop and finally made contact and found out that he had not been able to find the right part to determine the problem. I had to hire some one else to solve the problem which they did in a couple days. I would not recommend Super Bad unless you really want bad service.
Description of Work: He was supposed to solve a problem with the heat pump

+ -1 moreI recently had a Frigidaire heating/cooling window unit stop working. It was still under warranty, and Frigidaire scheduled a warranty repair through Super Bad. Two nice older guys came by my house (when they said they would), and determined they needed to take the unit back to their shop. They found the problem, ordered the parts required, and fixed the unit. They brought the unit back to my house, and re-installed it. There was no charge since it was a warranty repair through Frigidaire. Good job Super Bad, and thank you.
Description of Work: Super Bad repaired my heating/cooling window unit, after I called Frigidaire since the unit was still under warranty.
