+ -1 moreI was expecting the outside unit to be toast, since it was so small and 14 yrs old. It turned out to be just a blown capacitor. Mr. Loper had a replacement with him, and exchanged it out quickly. He also replaced some aging wiring and foam covering on the condenser line. He didn't try to upcharge me for anything he did! He could have tried to sell me on the idea of a newer unit, which I had already been considering. But, he said he always tries to repair before replacing. And I believe him. Before he left, he noticed that my front door's latch was sticking. He wouldn't leave until he had loosened that up too with some WD40 in his bag. That's Mr. Loper. He will go the extra mile. He's knowledgable, approachable, and honest. If you live in the Starkville/Columbus/GTR area and you don't call Eric Loper first, you're crazy!
Description of Work: Mr. Loper returned my message, and came out on short notice to repair my outside AC unit.

+ -1 moreMr. Loper was very knowledgeable, and quick at getting repairs done. I really like him because, he never tried to sell me something I didn't need. Even when he saw our outdoor AC unit, which was pushing 40 years old, he tried to fix it first before we even considered replacing it. 10/10 would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Cleaned and oiled the old motor in our ancient AC unit. Installed a new outdoor unit once it kicked the bucket.
