Very good. They worked fast and cleaned up all the Thrash.
Description of Work: Replaced and repaired rotten wood and installed new shingles.

He gave me my estimate early and I was waiting on insurance adjustor that kept putting me off. Jared kept checking with me every week. It took 8 weeks for the adjustor to come. Jared waited patiently. He started immediately after I was cleared to go. It took them one week. I was away from home for a few days and when I returned home the new roof was done and the yard was cleaned of all debris.
Description of Work: Removed old roof, installed new roof, repaired rotten areas as needed. Installed flashing around chimney. Did a complete and thorough clean-up.

Estes diagnosed leak in ceiling, gave me clear alternatives, and fixed the roof exactly as he said he would. He fixed another problem he spotted on the roof and blew off the leaves, free of charge. Estes values customer satisfaction, and I like that. I would use again.
Description of Work: Estes was professional, no hassle, and finished ahead of schedule.

It took a while to get both projects started (weather, insurance, etc) and both went a little longer than anticipated, but our new roof looks great and is holding steady and the interior paint looks fantastic. All the workers were courteous and did a great job cleaning up after themselves and the job.
Description of Work: Not the fastest, but good work and courteous.
