This guy is horrible. I purchased a home from him in 2019. Within 3 month we started seeing normal new construction issues. When we reached out to him, it took weeks for him to respond. When he came out he looked at the repairs and said he would send somebody out. Well that took another 2 weeks only after we called and called and emailed inquiring. The person they sent out was useless. Only thing they seemed to know how to use was caulk. It took him 6hrs to do one thing, because he was too busy watching TV and trying to have conversation with us. Well he did a poor job because the issues returned. When we reached out to Tomas and Deanna, it took about a good month for them to respond. Here it is September 2020 and the repairs have yet to be fixed. He has not responded to emails texts or calls. Please, please do not do business with him.

It was a horrible experience and a total waste of money.
Description of Work: Mr. Tello was hired to make a ditch around two sides of the barn to catch the rain water and carry around the barn so the barn and storage room/laundry room does not flood. Also leading from the concrete ditch is a pipe that goes underground across the front yard. What he did is lay the concret ditch above ground so the water flowing down the hill hits the edge of the concret and soaks into the ground and into the barn. The water does not even flow onto the concrete. On the front side when he dug the hole for the pipe he broke the sewer pipe line, the water pipe line and the electrical cord leading from the house to the sewer treatment system. He repaired the sewer pipe and water pipe but did not seal properly so there is a constant spray. The hole he dug to fix the water pipe that he damaged with the equipment in the front yard was never covered. He left a big hole with the water pipe exposed. The corner area where he replaced the dirt over the pipe is slanted toward the building so the laundry room floods now. The underground pipe accross the front yard was above ground where it ended by the driveway. Mr. Tello came back and dug it deeper and fixed that end. At the same time I showed him the other problems and he said that was for me to fix. He emptied the concret truck in the pasture and now there are 4 big areas of concret that I cannot mow with the lawnmower. He said to make water flow into the ditch, I must add dirt and sod to build up land around ditch. My own electrician had to fix the electrical cord from the building to the sewer treatment. I paid him for a ditch to solve the problem of the barn and room flooding and not to just make a concret ditch on top of the ground that water cannot even enter. The total agreed upon was $5,066 and was paid the day he said he was finished. Also he charged me to fix the water pipe and the sewer pipe which he damaged by negligence. I also paid the same day $280. So the total paid on 4/28/09 was $5,346. I then had to pay a plumber to fix the plumbing that he damaged and repaired and charged me for, because it was not sealed at the joint so it continually sprayed water. I also had to then pay an electrician to rewire the connection to the water treatment system which had to be placed underground. Also, while doing the work, he took out fence post to get the concrete truck closer and then replaced wrong. He opened gates and let horses out. It was a horrible experience and a total waste of money.
