The tech was very good. I would highly recommend him and them. I paid 1/5th of what a different company had quoted for the faucet replacement.

It took 3 times for them to get it done and complete the work.

It was great. My mother was highly satisfied. She had used them before and requested them for this repair as well. They were very punctual and got the work done quick.

Great, the service man in both of those cases was exactly on time, polite, quick and efficient. The prices are high but the work is great.

I was quoted a price of $13,804.76 to replace the water main pipe. The estimate does not say how many feet of pipe that is, but I live in midtown, my front yard and house are small. I’ve seen much lower estimates for larger homes with larger lots. Price does not include driveway repair and copper is not an option. They only use pex. That concerns me because there’s little known about bpa from pex leeching into the water. Rep tried to sell me a membership for either $129/yr or $10/mo. Why does it cost $9 more to pay for the membership up front?

It went fine however I elected not to have Stewart to do the worked because the cost was more than I wanted to pay to have the work done.

Fixed the problem but charged way too much. My fault for being pressured into spending too much.

Evaluation went well. When we asked for the price of installation of a small item, we were told the price for labor would be $680.00.

The company is a rip off. Told us it would be $340 for discount to replace the little valve to stop leak and the flange and tubing needed to be replaced. Had valve replaced for $50. It wasn't flange or tubing. The mechanism needed to be adjusted!!! The plumber didn't perform inspection in accord with their statement. He went around saying we needed to replace pan for year old hot water heater! ($2400 +) at their fabulous "discounted prices"!!! Guy was just looking to rip us off with bs quotes for unnecessary work. When I called to complain about failure to properly perform paid inspection (water quality test for one) I was told he wasn't trained well enough. Then why did THEY call us to schedule this and send this man to do it??? Never use them. Read the reviews on internet. Outrageous prices with terrible rip off "work". Service was top notch, on time as scheduled and professional with excellent follow up. Had a minor issue with tankless water heater (not related to plumbers) and the problem was immediately corrected.

Tech was very respectful and knowledgeable. However, did not hire to do any further work. Unbelievable estimates for leaks. All that was needed for faucet was a new washer, that I eventually replaced myself. I was given an estimate of $290 to rebuild/repair and $430 to replace. Reviews were not kidding about their high estimates!

The plumber reseated the toilet but the leak continued. Called again and the repaired a broken pipe in the shower. They were very responsive but it did take to visits to fix and significant cost

The plumber unstopped the drain by roto-rooting it. It took him 20 minutes. He was very nice. I had bought their "special" for $69 for a $77 house call. I got a $50 "credit" for work done and it STILL cost me a total of $414! If I hadn't had the $50 "credit" it would have been $464!!! Do the math. Absolutely NOT worth it!!!

My tank water heater died after 10 years. After discussion with Ray of Stewart Plumbing, we decided to install a tankless water heater. Ray and the entire Stewart Plumbing team did a fantastic job explaining everything and keeping me updated throughout the process. They were very professional and courteous. I'm very satisfied with their product (Navien NPE 240A) and their customer service. The new tankless water heater works great and should last several years longer than a traditional tank water heater. I highly recommend Stewart Plumbing for your new water heater and installation.

The job went great. Raymond was my serviceman and he was courteous, clean uniform, and right on time. The job went well and I can tell you that I've found a new plumber that I'm very satisfied with and he put some new water lines on the back of the tank because the ones on the tank were old and that was something he didn't have to do. Thanks very much Stewart Plumbing and Raymond !!
