I had already diagnosed the problem (sheered valve stem) and figured that they would be able to fix it for under $100. I had them come out and take a look and my wife was surprised by the $380 estimate. After discussing this with both the person on site and a supervisor I was able to negotiate them down to $250. Unfortunately for them, while I was discussing this with them I found a youtube video demonstrating how to replace the part in two minutes. Home Depot had the part for $40. Bottom line - they would have gladly charged me $380 for a $40 part and a service which took me 15 ten minutes to do myself (5 of which was watching a you tube video). What's frustrating is what would have happened if it wasn't an easy fix? Would they have over charged me then as well . . To their credit every one I interacted with was very helpful, professional, punctual and easy to work with. I'm just not sure that the level of service justifies the price.

It went very good. We were very happy with what they did. There was one portion they could not do and they recommended someone else and they also did a good job. We were real pleased with their service. We were satisfied with the price. They were here on time.

it went ok. they did fix the problem but after using another plumber at another of my rental houses, we found out real quick that they charged us a fortune! For example: they fixed a leaky pipe under the sink by replacing the middle piece of pipe and charged us $300. then another $1200 for the Kitchen sink repair. we questioned the pricing and they pulled out a book (their book) of pricing and tried to justify it. At the time we had no choice but to use them because everyone else was too busy. (ice storm) Then I purchased another rental property and it was a forclosure. ALL the pipes were busted under that house. I called a different company to repair the pipes. Not only did they repair them ALL but they insulated them too for $800 total!!! That just told me how over priced Stewart Plumbing really was. Stewart Plumbing was constantly up selling product to us too. I did not like that at all. I already felt like I was abused on pricing. That's my 2 cents!

My experience with them was very favorable. It was fine. They did a very thorough job and they did the work fast.

It went very well. They were on time, prompt, professional and very reasonable. I was confident in their ability.

I called several A rated companies. Stewart plumbing responded first, the same day. Scot the technician came to my home, surveyed the leak, explained he was going to his truck to write the estimates and that is what he did. He came back with two estimates. I was thinking let it be the lesser one and it was. He cut the wall out and there was the leak. It was a pine hole in the pipe leading to the outside faucet. He repaired it. And once he did the water begin to flow normal through my pipes again. I would like to add, he laid the red carpet outside my door and put shoe covers on each time to prevent tracks on the carpet. I am highly satisfied

Service technician arrived same day I called. He explained where leaks might be originating and how to treat the problem. Gave price quote before he began the repairs. The price was high but we didn't have the money to call for a second opinion and be out another service call fee. We are pleased with the quickness and professionalism of this company. The technician was very pleasant.

They came in and did a very good job. I could not get my regular plumber and my two water heaters held hands and self destructed on the same day. These guys came out and replaced the water heaters and they did a very good job. If I cannot get my regular plumber these guys are definitely next. It was months ago. That was the only day that I had them. I spent about two thousand dollars because I had two water heaters that were replaced by one, I had to get a 'biggie'! They gave me as a good a price as possible. So far, the hot water heater is working great. They were very quick on response. They did a good job. I must have sounded a bit frantic because I had buckets on the kitchen cabinets because it was leaking from the hot water heater up in the attic- bad idea.

They arrived on time. The cost was stated up front after evaluation of the problem. Once agreed to, the repair was done to perfection. They are punctual, professional, and work on Saturday. They are expensive but worth it if you want it done right the first time.

I had work done on a broken pipe earlier. My contractor agreed to come out in March to do the required inspection. He discovered another broken pipe and repaired it for me. Great guys. Very knowledgeable. At the time of our first service, they gave me options, without pressure.

The repair took three days. the slab was broken in three places and about 12 feet of pipe was replaced. The work was done neatly with as little disruption as possible. I was given an initial price plus a per foot cost for any additional work. the employees were all nice and easy to work with

He just quit coming, and it has been a while since that happened. I thought he was learning, and I really do not know what happened. No bill and no contact so they are kind of hard to pin down.

Roderick of Stewart Plumbing arrived on time ready to go. He was very courteous and considerate of my disability. The job was completed quickly and his professionalism was evident in everything he did. The up front pricing was great. No price changes after the job. All I have to say about Stewart in general and Roderick personally is good. I am totally satisfied with the job!

It was good. They were a little pricey.

Showed up within 2 hours to make an early assessment of damage and was back the next afternoon to fix. All this with heavy calls due to widespread freeze damage in North Mississippi. Quickly located and replaced pipe section. Costs are based on flat rate for services and covers high end of problem and time to be spent. Final cost might be negotiated down if less time spent for easy repairs.

It came out very well. They finished in a day. They actually went above and beyond. They kept checking to make sure everything was okay. They called to let me know when they would be here and called to make sure I was pleased with the final product.

NEVER Called back so I called them back and said that they would have to get with the manger to look at the job and they would call me with the price. also they said they could not find the septic tank. In the mean while I got another price from another company for 280.00 to do the job. Job was completed and I was very pleased with the job and the price. Then they called me back 7 days laaaater and told me that the price would be 2680. I said no thanks job as been completed and I will never use your company for NY OF MY PLUMPING NEEDS.

They showed up for appointments on time. Didn't go over on their estimate. Provided proper protection for my home inside while they did the work so no dirt left inside. Finished the install the first day and didn't have any large interruption in loss of hot water as they converted my home from a regular tank to a tankless system. Then on the second day they added the new gas line without another interruption. Finished up and cleaned up all the debris from the old one and no followup was needed by us. Very courteous staff and great follow-up after the job was completed to make sure it was to my satisfaction.

Fantastic customer service! Very professional technicians and Tim, the salesperson who provided the quote, was very nice and knowledgeable. These guts will be the first people I call for any plumbing needs in the future. There price was slightly higher than the competition, but the customer service is what set them apart. Good job!

We have used them 2 times. They are excellent. I pay them every month to keep them available for monthly checkups. I get a discount too. I like that I call them, tell them my problem, and they let me know when I would like the technician to come out. They called me before the appointment to make sure I was am home out and show up on time every time! Their techs are extremely helpful and competent as well. They are also knowledgeable and helpful.

Tim was very professional. He oversaw everything and we are still very happy with their work. When a small leak occurred at the water meter recently he came out on a weekend and fixed it himself at no charge. Stewart Plumbing has done work for us several times and I can't imagine ever calling anyone else.

They were great and very prompt. They did exactly what we needed. We were pleased with the individuals that they sent out. At least 2 plumbers came out. We have used them several times over the years. They did normal plumbing work for us. For an example they cleaned drains. They are extremely prompt and very knowable. They were also very courteous too. Typically they stay for about 45 minutes to an hour when they do come out.

He was great. In addition to addressing the problem I called about, he also conducted an inspection of all other plumbing fixtures in the home to include bathrooms and water heaters.
