They did excellent work and did a great job according to our requests. They were very professional. The only thing was he did have a painter who was working for him who charged $500 to paint our kitchen island and they said it could not be matched. We had another painter guy who went to a different paint company and he was able to match it exactly and only charged us $200. Other than that, they were very good and we would use them again.

I asked for someone to come out and provide an estimate for the following week (I was off work that week). Premier responded late Friday that they could come by on Tuesday. I said that would be fine. On Sunday I received an email sating they were booked for the week and were only available the following week. I asked if hey could find some time to come out earlier. No response back for a few days. I asked again if they could accommodate as requested or if they could provide an estimate on Saturday or after 5PM. They said no. Premier was non responsive and inflexible after offering and then denying my original request.

Justin and his crew where at our home an hour after we made the phone call. They worked quickly and cleaned up the problem within no time. When you have something major in your home, nothing can compare to compassion and good work to help put your mind at ease. They far exceeded any expectations we had for any company. If you want and average job, don't call them. If you want it done right and by reliable people, you know who to call!

The wood paneling ended up taking 3 extra coats because the wood was absorbing the paint. The crew worked tirelessly and kept us informed about the extra coats which only extended the timeline slightly. They were quick and the job was done perfectly. I had a few areas I wanted touched up and they gladly did it with a smile. Excellent work overall and I will be using them to paint the rest of my house for sure!

I hesitated to post tis review as I know Premier is capable of better work than was performed on our bathroom. Premier had previously built and installed custom bookcases in my den that are absolutely beautiful. So I asked them to bid on my bathroom remodel of a very small guest bath. The original cost came in a bit high so I was going to get separate contractor to do the plumbing, floor, etc. However, Mickey came back and gave us a better quote so it seemed Premier wanted to do the job. I got what I paid for this time. I purchased all materials except for bead board which I asked them to buy as was unsure how much we would need and no way to pick it up. Premier installed my tile floor and at completion there was a 1/8" gap between the floor and the baseboard. They attempted to correct this by using black silicone caulk that looked worse than the gap. The bead board they installed is pitted. There were gaps woodwork throughout the project. The painting they did was terrible including getting paint on my kitchen walls which had just been painted. I do not know why they took this job if they did not want it. I have read the great reviews by other users so I had confidence we would be happy. In the end I did not make the final payment of $600 and I ended up paying another contractor $1500 to fix all the problems. Highly disappointed.

There were some Typical construction type set backs but they were delt with in a timely and professional manner

Premier crafted and installed custom built in bookcases in our den. They were very knowledgeable and helpful in the design process. They suggested using fluted trim that matched the trim in our den as well as other features that truly enhanced the look and made the bookcases seem they were original to the construction of the home. Craftsmen were polite and professional; the job completed in very timely fashion. I hope to use Premier for other remodeling projects we have coming up. Highly recommend this firm.

Amazing! These guys are flawless. They have so much organization and attention to detail it's refreshing. We got updates daily on our progress. Our vision for our home was completely understood and executed! All of our friends and family have given us so many compliments we would work this them so many times over!!!

The room is awesome, the space exceeded our expectations. A/c is really keeping it cool on hot days. Trustworthy experienced professionals.

Construction is a process that takes on a life of its own. Scheduling in the late fall and the dead of winter has its disadvantages. The progress was slow, but in the end we will have a quality product and that is what is most important to us. Justin is great to work with and his workers are professional and courteous. We will use Premier again.

My remodeling experience with Justin Sutton and Premier Homes and remodeling was absolutely amazing! It was a very stress free pleasant to say the least. From the inception of the project, Mr. Sutton and his crew were phenomenal. They were professional, respectful, courteous, and kind during the time they worked in my home. They did painting, drywall, carpentry, tiling, plumbing, and electrical work. They even mounted and secured a new stainless steel dishwasher that I had been unable to use after another company installed granite in my kitchen 2yrs earlier simply because I asked them to look at it! Most importantly, if I had any questions or concerns, I could text or call Mr. Sutton, and he would respond expeditiously. If I had a request or wanted to change something, if it was reasonable and within his power, he would make it happen! I am very proud and extremely pleased with the work they did in my home. Because of all the aforementioned qualities of Mr. Sutton and his company, it is at this time and without any reservations whatsoever that I highly recommend Mr. Sutton and Premier Homes for any of your home or remodeling needs. The entire process was great. This project was an addition of square footage under our existing roofline. Justin and his guys were always professional and responded quickly to any communication I sent them. The project turned out exactly the way we wanted it. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

The good thing is the guy who gave the estimate was a friendly guy. The bad thing is just way overpriced I thought. The estimate he gave me I'll give him an "A" on it, it was pretty much broke down, it's just I thought it was very pricey. While he was here, he gave me responses, but when I tried to reach him on the phone or email, he wasn't too responsive. He came on time.

Justin listened to my ideas and provided cost saving recommendations on the bathroom remodel. He followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work. It was a great experience and I plan to use Premier again in the future.

When I first met with Justin he was very easy to talk to and listened to everything I wanted done. The quote I was given was very thorough and the price was competitive. The entire project took three weeks and probably could have been completed sooner (we had to wait on granite, which was not coordinated by Justin). I was very happy with the speed of their work. Justin and his guys were always very courteous and cleaned up after themselves. They were continually willing to answer any questions I had and address any new changes I had decided on. I have received multiple compliments on my new kitchen and I anxious to find another project for Justin and his crew.

During some other work in our backyard last summer, we planned a spot for a future pool house and had electricity run specifically for it. Then we began looking for someone to build it for us the following spring. We had several bids but never felt like we had a good fit until we talked to Justin. He listened to our ideas and seemed to understand our vision for the project. We were already sure about what we wanted in the structure so Justin suggested materials based on our budget. They poured the concrete pad and constructed an open 20x25 foot shingled patio. An approximately 7x8 foot area was enclosed for storage and a bathroom. Water supply to and from the pool house was dug. Sheetrock work was done in closets and bathroom. Electricity was run throughout for lighting and ceiling fan. Justin gave us a lighting and fixture budget that was quite workable. Every group that was in our backyard (concrete, plumber, electrician, carpenter) was professional, respectful, and was helpful if we had questions. The only problem we had with the entire project was the time it took to complete - about 2 1/2 months. However, the end result was just what we wanted. We are quite happy with the quality of the work.

I was very happy with Justin's response and help through the process. He was open to our ideas and provided helpful tips and design ideas. Once we got things rolling, the process went quickly. Justin has also been helpful with some of the follow up details as some snags have occurred after the project completed. My only issue is with the dry wall and painting part of the project. I'm really sensitive to this area of work, as I painted for several years for a summer job. There are some places where the drywall could be done better, and there were several spots that were not sanded completely before it was painted. I provided our own paint and primer because we used a family discount for the product.The painting company didn't use the primer that we provided, and in some areas you can see where this was an issue. There are some spots where the paint is very thin and we also have some runs. Now that it's been about 4-5 months after the project was completed, I've noticed more areas. At first I thought it looked great, but in hindsight I would have been more critical before the end of the project. Again, this could just be me because I'm really keen on those details. My wife laughs at me about it. We have had several friends over, and they all love what we have done. It was well worth going with Premier Custom Homes. 1/5/15 - Update - Justin came back to fix some of the issues with the paint in the house. He explained that he was not happy with the painters that he used, and is now using a new company. The new company came in and fixed some of the issues with the drywall and the paint. It was really well done, and quickly accomplished.

We found Justin and his company here on Angie's list. I was impressed with him from the first meeting... he had many ideas and was receptive to our ideas and plans as well for updating our large 1970's era home. During the remodeling process he and his crews were always punctual, polite and responsive to our ever changing ideas and desires. All workers seemed to respect the property and generally cleaned up the work space each day. We are very happy with the results and already planning on using Premier Custom Homes for future improvements.

Justin was one of two Angie's list providers we asked to bid this work. Justin's bid was competitive, but his responsiveness helped him win the business. His claim to "not leave the job until we were happy" also meant a great deal in our selection process. We had also wanted some bathroom remodeling done. Justin was up front and said that he could not get that done on our timeline. We appreciated the honesty. All of the work went well. It took Chris a couple of tries to custom match the stains to what we wanted, but that was a key ingredient to our satisfaction. The floors went down smoothly, and looked great. The marble was the most finicky, and when the first attempt did not look right, the team did rework it to make it look great! An important item to note: We had a lot of rain one night after the carpet came up but before the wood went down, and we discovered that we had water coming in under the fireplace insert. Justin helped us find a mason on 2 HOURS notice to come re-grout and help re-seal the chimney to try and help us stay on schedule. As he said, he had people come back to touch up paint, stain, etc. and did not leave until we were satisfied. Thanks Justin!

Stop Looking these guys do a great job. I was out of town for most of the construction and they cut no corners my house looks better now then it did before the water leak. A water pipe started leaking while I was out of town and it flooded the upstairs and down it was awful but Justin and his crews came in and had my house looking great in no time. I recommend them 100% They are great to work with.

I've had multiple estimates performed on the bathrooms, in our home. There was always something off by either the workers, the lack of communication, or lack of detail made by the other companies, but not with Premier Custom Homes.My husband was impressed with the knowledge and professionalism of Justin Sutton, who is the owner of Premier Custom Homes. Justin made the process simple and eliminated any possible hassles. He was patient and very customer-oriented. Justin's communication skills were superb. Whether by phone, email, or text message, Justin kept us informed. He and his team were professional during the entire install. He did such a great job with our hallway bathroom, that we hired him again for some tile work in our master bathroom. Our bathroom is beautiful and it is all because of Premier Custom Home's wonderful craftsmanship.

The renovation went great! Justin and his team were professional, prompt and very kind. They all really worked with us to make sure our needs were met. They made sure we were part of the decision making process every step of the way. The whole process went very smooth and when we hit bumps in the road the whole team handled everything seamlessly! We will for sure use them in the future!

Excellent service. Crew was very courteous and friendly. They explained what was needed and the steps they would take to get the job completed. They showed up on time and worked until the job was done. They moved and covered furniture so dust would be contained as much as possible. They came back to fix a few minor things and were happy to do so. They made sure we were happy with the final results and we were!

Installation went quickly. Later I noticed that the fan seemed noisy, and they came out and fixed the problem at no additional cost.

It went very well. Justin and his guys are top-notch. They were in and out and presto, we have shower walls again! They really saved me, again.
