Quality of service is outstanding!

quality service, prompt arrival and great prices.

Efficiency in paying for the service. I prefer a receipt. I have a check out I paid for the amount charged at the time of service and an invoice on my computer for$29 more for job. Others should get in advance the method of payment so a conflict payment won't occur days later.

Power Technics did a good job of installing TV on stone fireplace. They had a bit of a challenge with the anchors, but were able to resolve it and complete the job. They were considerate to call when running behind schedule and were very professional & pleasant to work with. I would use their services again.

The Service Men were Great. They did great work. After the guys left my place and headed home they called me back to ask if everything was working good before they left town. Very Enjoyable Experience. I Highly recommend this company.

Excellent workmanship

I would recommend them. Chuck took the time to explain everything to me, I am 70 yrs old and it can be a challege.

Scheduled appointment was missed. No call was made to inform that they were not coming nor a call to reschedule. I look at this as a time saver. They weeded themselves out without taking up very little of my time. Beware if you choose to do business with a company like this.
