+ 0 moreWilliam is very helpful in determining what needs to be done in the rehab. He is very quick in putting together estimates and has always been able to start work quickly. His pace of work is very steady - my jobs have never drug out with days of inactivity as is sometimes the case with other crews. If anything comes up or if there are any issues, William is always quick to respond and to send someone back to address. His prices are always extremely competitive. I feel like I am getting a good price for the amount of work that is being done and the short amount of time in which it is being completed.
Description of Work: William Oliver has performed ~10 full-house renovations for me. These jobs have included a mix of: - Demo - Drywall patching/repair - General carpentry - Painting - walls, ceiling, trim, doors - Kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities - Kitchen counter tops and vanity tops - Ceiling fan and light fixture install - Setting toilets - Install dishwashers, ventahoods, smoke detectors, attic pull-down stairs, window blinds - Door hardware and weatherstripping - Misc. exterior work
