Description of Work: I called Friday afternoon because I was having a problem with my electricity.I called as I was leaving out of Nashville. I was glad I was able to reach him. He informed me that he was on another job and it would take a couple of hours before he could get there. I said don't rush I'm leaving Nashville and won't be there for 3 1/2 hours. However, my daughter is there. To make a long story short I got a call as I reached the outskirts of Memphis from my daughter saying they had been there and the problem was fixed. I was told the only thing needed was the email. I was so happy I could only scream. So Thankful to be able to go home and not worry about the electricity. Thanks

Description of Work: I spent money to have these people come out and give me a crazy price for some very minimal work. The $80 was for the service call to get NOTHING done since they wanted so much. I asked for a pipe to be fixed outside and to run water to my refrigerator. They wanted $1500.00. My friend did it for under $200 for both and less than 2 hours work. These are the highest paid people I have ever met! They wanted to sell me a contract....no way would I tie myself to this company....I think they are crooks!

Description of Work: I used the services of Mitch Wright plumbing, air and heat in Southaven. They are over in highway 51, Southaven, Mississippi. One time they came out as they had to put a part in the heater as we had no heat in the house. We were satisfied with that. Of course the part was costly. Heating and air is expensive anyway and to get someone to come out.

Description of Work: I had an underground water leak in the front parking lot of a commercial building that I own. It started as just a wet spot on the asphalt, but over the course of a few weeks became steadily worse. I called the Water Department and they sent someone out to check on it. They told me the leak was on my side of the meter and was my responsibility to get repaired. Once I noticed a significant increase in my water bill, I knew I had to get it fixed. Mitch Wright had done work for me in the past on my air conditioning units, so I called them to get an estimate to fix this water leak. It was three days before they were able to start work for two reasons. The first day after I called them it rained all day. Then the next day someone was supposed to come out (not Mitch Wright) and mark the ground where any existing pipes, cables, etc ran so Mitch Wright would know where not to dig. This person did not show up until around 3:00 pm Tuesday and it was then too late in the day to start on the repair. On Wednesday morning, Mitch Wright's crew began work. They had to use a jack hammer to get through the asphalt and a backhoe was used to dig a hole approximately four by six feet and three feet deep. They also had to dig some of the hole by hand when they got near the pipe that was leaking. The PVC water line had become bent over time to the point where it had cracked and began leaking. They then cut out a section of the pipe and replaced it with a new piece of pipe. Once the glue dried, they turned the water back on and checked it for leaks. The hole was then filled back in and packed. Altogether, it took about six hours to repair the leak.

Description of Work: Ronnie and Reno cleaned all my Air Ducts upstairs and downstairs! I had them done because squirrels got in my attic and let in other rodents! They were so very,very kind! They were ultimate professionals. Wore booties, swept up and cleaned when they were done! They also checked my dryer and found that the vent flap had been breached!! Drove all the back to the office to get one and came right back and installed a new vent and repaired the tube! I have signed up for their maintenance program and look forward to working with them in the future. Could not have ask for nicer people to come to my home to help me out. The ladies on the phone in the office were pleasant and kind and so helpful.

Description of Work: Plumber can and fixed a leaking washer connections in my home. Has to replace the valves on the connnection. Very prompt. I have used Mitch Wright for all my heating and air conditioning needs over the years.They are very fast at responding to a problem like once my AC went out in the summer at 5pm and a man can right away and fixed it. I know I can depend on Mitch Wright I need them right away.

Description of Work: We purchased and had them install a new Rinnai Tankless Water Heater in our Attic, which required removal of the old system, building a wall form to attach the new heater to, replacement of many parts and pipes, etc. It was a complex job that took most of a day to complete, but they did an excellent job and were very considerate of our home and cleanliness. I was impressed by their professional attitude and thoughtfulness, which made the day much easier to deal with. We are extremely pleased with the new Tankless water heater ! It is everything we hoped it would be. All Americans should strongly consider changing to this type of water heater if possible. Use Mitch Wright Plumbing to do the job though !
