Description of Work: Technicians don't want to repair, just sell service contracts or new units. Wanted $400.00 just to look for a refiirant leak on the A/C. When office contacted person was very rude.

I am sorry you didn't have a positive experience with our company. Our company performs thousands of repair calls every year. We do offer our Mitch Wright maintenance agreements on every call. This provides the customer with a 15% discount on the work performed, and a 5 year parts and labor warranty on the work we performed. We do also offer options on new equipment even before this system is broken down ! It is like buying a car, most people don't wait until their car breaks down to purchase a new one !
