He asked me if I had a meter to diagnose the furnace. Of course I did not. The plug was bad and he filed the prongs down. This worked for a few hours and then it went bad. He then replaced the inducer motor which did not last. After that he replaced the blower motor on the third visit. We later found that the wires were bad. The motor worked fine this time but the gas won't turn on now. Martha whom I talked with on the phone was going to send a different guy out. I told her that my daughter was sick and asked if they could come out Monday instead. She got upset with me because she wanted them to come out the following morning. I did not want them to come out anymore at this point. I got a different company to come out. They did a proper diagnosis with tools which M&M never did and determined that the circuit board needed replaced. The wires were not bad after all according to this second company I called. M&M wanted me to pay for work that was uncovered expenses to replace the furnace. I told them that I wanted to talk to American Home Shield first. Martha was very upset with me. She would not work with me in making payments which made me very uncomfortable. I would never use this company again. They do not know what they are doing in this profession.

The season was changing and our heater wasn't working so they came out. They gave us a 50% discount for the first service call. The serviceman identified the problem as the motor. We have an older style heater so they had to special order the motor. I called them a week later and they said they didn't have the motor. They were supposed to come out last week and they said they still didn't have it. When they finally installed it I tried to use it, and my house was getting cold. So I called them back and they said they couldn't come out that day but he will come out soon. He was late and I called and they just said he was having car troubles. He was very polite and found out that the problem was a switch. I am wondering was it the motor originally or was it the switch.

No trouble here as everything is fine and working as it should. My home is new so I really am not expecting any problems anytime soon. My builder hired and paid my subs so I really didn't get a chance to meet them but they did a good job based on the fact we have no problems.

The furnace works just like it should and the only thing we have done to it is have it checked this fall to make sure there is nothing that needed to be done. Even the unit check was included in the purchase of our new furnace.

The contractor did not arrive at the scheduled time. When he did arrive, he got right to work. They used our existing duct work. We have had no problems with the new unit since we have had it. I do not know what the price of the condenser and installation was as a portion of it was covered under our American Home Shield Insurance.

We have dealt with this company before, and they are always very good at what they do. We had no problems using them again this time for work we needed done. Everyone treats you very good from this company. I can't begin to tell you how great their time management is. They call ahead of time when you have a scheduled appointment with them to make sure everything is still on for that specific time. They do fast work at the house and they really do not slack on their quality. We are very pleased with their services.

There is no way that we would ever use this company's services again. I have never been so upset with a company before. We had them install our new electric furnace and the first one did not work right, the second one was not hooked up right and the 3rd one they installed upside down if you can believe that. I know they were frustrated but so were we. The job took them a lot longer than it was supposed to and they kept wanting more and more money from us for their mistakes.

We have not had any problems with the furnace or any trouble getting our home warm. They did a correct job installing it as it has run efficiently all winter. We are completely satisfied with the company and the people who did the work.

We knew that this company has been in business for a long time. We wanted a company with experience. We were very impressed by the professionalism of the people we dealt with. They called ahead to make sure someone was home. They showed up right on time. They had the new system installed all in the same day. They were very skilled. We were very surprised to see how friendly and polite they were. They worked very hard. They cleaned up after themselves. We had no mess to clean up.

We are repeat customers of M and M and recommend them highly. They bend over back wards to please their customers. We called on a holiday weekend and they answered my call quickly and came right over. I am very pleased with their service. I do not recall the cost for this particular visit, but they are always more than reasonable.

Our air conditioner works a lot better since they put in the new parts. I think it took them three or four hours to replace everything. They explained the process of the installation and how long it would take before they began the work.

The furnace that they installed in our house works really well. Our heating bills have decreased quite a bit. The guy who put the new furnace in was really nice and worked very quickly to get our house ready for winter weather. I think it only took him about two hours to get the furnace ready for us to use.

The service person could have been more professionally dressed. Other than that, they communicated well, kept me advised of the project, and finished in good fashion.
