Counter Connections

I've worked with Philip Jacops (owner) in the past. He fixed a crack in an old formica countertop. So when I was in the market for new countertops I did not hesitate to use Counter Connections. The service I received was impeccable, professional, timely, friendly and supportive. I would highly recommend Counter Connections to anyone thinking of updating their countertops. I especially appreciated the one on one service I was provided, including phone calls, e mails and a very sweet gift from Counter Connections with the installation of my countertops. The Silestone Quartz I choose, Zynite, looks absolutely beautiful in my kitchen. Once again, I highly recommend this company!

Overall, I am very happy with the work and with the professionalism of the crew. They did a great job considering this was not a plain vanilla kitchen counter replacement. This was a complex job and they were definitely up to the task. The job was interrupted in the middle because of a glitch in obtaining the new cooktop, and they were very flexible in rescheduling the work when the new cooktop arrived. (They were not responsible for ordering the cooktop - I was.) The only thing that could be improved would be the communication. We sometimes had difficulty getting return calls. However, overall, I feel this was a small price to pay for the high quality work that was ultimately performed. I would recommend this company highly.

Very pleased with entire process. Workmen arrived at appointed time. Work was done professionally and to our total satisfaction. The workmen were courteous and competent and were very good representatives for Counter Connections. Counter top work exceeded our expectations. While a few small residual scrarches can still be found, if you search for them, overall the counter tops look almost good as new, and again, they are 15 years old. The workmen actually had to point out the small scratches that remained.

At first, it was really difficult to get them to return my call for an appointment. However, once they did the work, they did a great job. I'd definitely recommend.

They were two days late due to manufacturer delays on the special order. Following that, they showed up on time, were very neat and thoroughly professional. They did a beautiful job.
