Vic came out to assess my old system, and he explained my options clearly, helping me choose the best replacement for both heating and cooling. I never felt pressured, and he answered all of my questions with patience. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprises.
Description of Work: I needed my entire HVAC system replaced, including both the heating and cooling units. The team handled the removal of the old system and installed a new, more energy-efficient unit in its place.

The diagnosed the cause of the unit's failure to function as an electrical installation problem, (and referred me to a fantastic electrician who fixed it), rather than trying to sell me a new unit I didn't need (just because he probably could have taken advantage of this little old lady-me), and now that the electrical problem is fixed and the unit is functioning gloriously in this once-in-a-century heatwave, I will have the A/C guy return to do a deep cleaning of the unit. I really appreciated their honesty and integrity and the great referral. I will definitely be using them both on a regular basis for both large and small projects in the future!
