Outstanding. I didn't know they were still out there but these folks are the bomb. Licensed and honest. I have had at least a half a dozen people come out to give me an estimate that never returned or misled me about being licensed. After initial contact Ken said he would get back to me with an estimate. I had not heard from him in a couple of days so I called to make sure he was still interested. He told me he just wanted to make sure he gave me a good estimate. He called me back in a couple of days with an estimate. He gave me a great price and was completely honest about the cost of materials. Several of the other contractors had told me the materials were twice as much as they actually costs. Once the job was started he made no excuses and did not leave me hanging while he was doing other jobs. Did exactly what he said he would do at the original price he quoted me. I paid him for the job the day before it was completed so that he could pay his concrete finisher. He only asked for the amount to pay the finisher, however, I was not concerned about him finishing the job as he had been absolutely straight with me. As expected, he came back when he said he would, finished the job, and left the work site spotless. This is the best experience I have EVER had with a contractor. I would recommend him to anyone that was in need of a contractor.
