+ -1 moreI saw Cory's ad on Craigslist. I needed someone to prepare houseplans for me. At first, I was skeptical of hiring someone off of Craigslist. Cory quickly put me at ease. He provided me with references and examples of his work. Cory designed and drew a set of house plans for my dream home. He was professional, prompt, and extremely courteous. I couldn't ask for better service. Also, his price was quite lower than his competitors. If you need design and blue print services, you should seriously consider Cory Rouse. He does both residential and commercial drafting. Cory also has the resources to ensure that the design you choose can be built without any structural problems.
Description of Work: Cory Rouse designed and drew my house plans.
