Tutor Appliances , the most unreliable appliance repair service I have ever dealt with

I canceled an appointment to be here on the day repairman was scheduled. No one came or called. I called the next morning and was told the schedule had not been made out for the day and she would call me back. After 3 hours I thought they probably had time to make out a schedule and called back. She said he would be here that afternoon. Repairman came, told me what was wrong, and said he would have his boss call the next day to schedule repair. He did not and has not. I called another company because apparently Tutors did not want my business. The only reason I rated D instead of F is because the repairman was nice. Not his fault company is not responsive.

He was on time and called to let me know he was in his way. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the issue was and corrected it. He explained what I could do should this happen again. He even addressed and corrected an issue that could have caused problems down the line. They will definitely be my go-to should I have any problems in the future!

The technician was rude and totally unprofessional. He was not here when he said he was going to be. He was operating his service.vehicle in an unsafe manner and was disrespectful. Since no service was ever performed, I don't know if he was technicaly proficent but based on the other, I would be suspect.

They've done several jobs for us, but this last time installed a garbage disposal. He was very professional, punctual, and fixed every leak I had, which were at least three besides installing the garbage disposal! He didn't have to fix the leaks, but he did and I couldn't thank him more. Nothing worse than water problems. They know what they're doing, and finish it quickly! I wouldn't call anyone else.

They were very good at TRYING to fix the problem and the cost for each visit when progressively down to $zero. They will continue to come out, but state that the washing machine a Whirlpool Cabrio can't be fixed. I believe them. They got the washer to the point that it is usable, but doesn't work the way it should.

We got a second opinion and had the problem resolved by other contractor. Tutor services will never set foot back in my house. Don't remember service date for sure.

They were courteous and responded quickly to make an appointment and service the washer. They diagnosed the problem immediately and promptly made repairs. The washer now works as it should.

After the stem was replaced I did have to have them come back out and adjust the knob. Even though I had to have them come back out they were very nice and eager to take care of my problem.

I called the repair service. The lady was very professional and said the soonest she could get someone there to check it would be the next day. They did not show up so i called that evening and they had not been able to find me and i gave them directions. they called the next day after they visited the house and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost and that they would have it done the next day. the next day they called to say it was complete. I got a call from their office and gave her my card info. The refrigerator is cooling again and the ice maker works again.

Technician came out at appointment time, got to work and finished the job within a reasonable amount of time. Costs were lower than expected.

They were reasonably priced and did a good job. They were good about being punctual. I would use them again in the future.

I don't want to talk bad about them because I know they do good work when they pay attention and slow down. I've had to call them back three times to do the job right. Eventually they take care of it but it is a bit of a hassle when I have to keep calling them back. With my refrigerator repair I felt they were just guessing at the problem rather than figuring it out. When my home warranty company says this is who they are sending for my needs I always aske if there's another option. There never seems to be. I know these guys will eventually get it right but it's never on the first try.
