Description of Work: Summertime in Mississippi is not the time for your AC to stop working. We called at noon and they were able to work us in after-hours. They diagnosed the problem quickly and got us repaired within a hour. Cost was responsible.

Description of Work: they performed and completed the job in great stride, that is when i finally got them to come out. overcharged me then. they normally do commercial hvac. i had them repair a restriction on a residential unit. maybe they were to busy at the time to get to "the small jobs". made me feel not so important.
