Description of Work: George, the owner, was extraordinary to work with. My 1950s Fondren ranch had old metal windows and George was unsure how they were installed, so he sensibly suggested a sample window (small bathroom), ordered the replacement and figured out how to remove the metal windows without destroying the wood sills and frame. He worked with me on design - I did not want basic double hung windows, but rather I wanted to move the curb appeal toward a prairie look. He suggested beautiful three panel casement windows for the front and double hungs with no grids for the side and back of the house. He replaced all the trim. And some of my window frames were not square, and George fixed them so it is not even observable. I absolutely love my windows. Total joy to work with. All 11 windows are superb.
