+ 0 moreDonna is not only professional but incredibly friendly and so helpful too. I turned my home over to her to rent out for us in December 2012. She found a tenant for us and the home was rented by mid January. Donna handles the back ground checks and the leasing agreements. She also keeps us up to date on anything that happens as far as maintenance needs. She is incredible! She was truly a gift from God for us when we needed to move out of state.
Description of Work: I use Donna Spooner as my Property Manager for the home I own in Brandon, MS. She handles everything with my tenant, arranges any repairs needed, and handles the rent.

+ -1 moreMelissa was very responsive, professional, and personable. She even took us out looking for homes during the tail end of a hurricane because we had to find a home quickly. I would highly recommend her as a real estate agent if you are selling or buying a home.
Description of Work: Melissa walked us through selling our first home and quickly having to buy our current home.
