As professional organizers, Diane and her team will assist with sorting and putting your belongings in their proper place as part of the organizational process. They will design customized systems to enhance your current lifestyle and enable you to better function in your personal space. Working alongside their clients, Diane and her team encourage and teach their clients simple systems and routines leading to personal organizing solutions for every aspect of their lives. I did not see Dianne again, 1 of the ladies working for her was the only one who came. They did not do any sort of new closet rods or shelves. Mainly it was going thru areas and dividing into catagories of keep, throw away, donate or sell. My dresser w/earrings and all jewelry, make up and in the kitchen just straightening and getting rid of things no longer needed in cabinets and drawers. Her employee was new at doing this and a little slow because I thought they would tell me ideas of what they could do to make my house less cluttered and easier to find things. (I am very ill and I did not have help to get the house together before upgrades were made) I am really disappointed in the cost and the hours that were spent going thru different things but not making improvements that changed the areas some-what permanently. Closet enclosures or pull outs in kitchen cabinets. I would have settled for a closet package and a cupboard re-do with pull outs if that was all her cost would pay for. I did not have a clear understanding that those would not or could not be done with the amount paid or I would have looked further to find a company that could. Enough was paid to have those areas upgraded. I had a hard time knowing what to ask and she had a hard time explaining what her fee covered other than the amount of hours included. I have to start all over because of damage from the last storm and having to move things around that were damaged. I just wish I was more informed, her pictures she brought looked great but that was not what was done for me. Dianne is a very professional woman and seems to be hard working with everything she is involved in. I wish her well. I hope someone else will be able to carry out what I need but after paying her so much it will be a while before I can afford it.
Description of Work: At the initial meeting I explained what I really needed, 1 was our master closet re-done and improved, kitchen cupboards organized and something to help get into back of cupboard, other areas helped with organizing such as my earrings,makeup etc.. and the large bookcase in the master bedroom. I had nice boxes and baskets purchase to do that and Dianne said she had access to more if needed.We had just done our foundation and updates so it messed areas up from re-locating so painting interior was accomplished easier.

Description of Work: We are still working on things. They have helped me to re-organize after having our foundation repaired and flooring layed and I had to get that stuff all sorted or thrown out so we are on the home stretch, only a couple of days left. |Sweet and caring, professional organizers.

My closet had been a nightmare for quite awhile. I attempted to remedy the situation myself several times. I finally decided that I needed the help of someone that was not emotionally attached to anything in there. I called Diane for help. Diane arrived right on time ready to get to work. She helped me let go of the things that needed to go. And convinced me that some things are never going to come back in style and it was best to set them free. She set up a system I could live with for that space and had great tips on how to maintain it. Diane found solutions that are attractive, practical and most importantly, easily maintained. In addition, she made recommendations on other parts of our home as we walked through them. I will definitely use Diane's services for other projects.
