Description of Work: Hardwood floor Refinishers

Description of Work: Stopped at their showroom in search of engineered wood flooring. No one was on the floor. After about 15 minutes of looking I found a product that I was very interested in but could not find an employee. Called to the back room and their bookkeeper came out. She said she did not know that no one was on the floor but she could not help me because she was just the bookkeeper and did not know anything about flooring . She suggested I take the salesman's business card and call him with any questions. I called the salesman on his cell, told him what I was interested in and asked a couple of questions about the product. He took my name and number and said he would have to call me back when he got back to the showroom. He NEVER returned my call. I bought product from another company, Clinton Flooring and Interiors in Clinton, MS.

Description of Work: I merely went to Cypress Depot to pay for the lumber a contractor used to build a pergola, but I can't imagine a business being run by more personable individuals.

Description of Work: I orderd some special cut cypress which is expensive but well worth it. The sales lady Miss McGehee was very nice and informative of her products. She walked me through the whole process and made sure that my order was EXACTLY what I wanted.

Description of Work: We are building a new house and Kenny helped us by going over our plans and helping us pick out what kind of beams, mantles and corbels (?) we needed. He also showed us several different kinds of shutters to choose from as well as flooring options (We haven't made a decision on those just yet!) Thanks so much, Kenny!
