When the sales guy made his pitch, I never imagined how much of a difference between what was actually delivered versus as proposed. The kit is 60”x32”. It is the largest they offer. Even though there are larger kits available, that’s all they offer. Our footprint could have been wider. As such, it’s space that is lost. Within the 32”, you lose more inches due to construction, design, and styles. The net is about 28.5” in width. I did not understand this when it was sold. O, be aware of the pricing. Get itemized prices of each accessory if you decide you don’t like them and request a refund, or upgrade. Installation was okay. Nothing special. The accessories leave a lot to be desired. Now, I am saddled with a shower I loathe that cost more than $10,000

My husband and I finally decided to remodel the guest bathroom that also services the front bedroom of our 100+ year old house. We looked at several different options, got estimates, and put them side by side to compare. We ultimately decided on going with Bath Fitter, and we are not sorry we did! The working conditions in our old bathroom were very tight. In fact, the installers said it was the tightest, tiniest bathroom they had worked on.....ever. The installers were awesome. They had to be multi-talented because they demo'd the bathroom quickly, found some repairs that needed to be done and fixed them, and then started on the new addition of the bath tub and shower fixtures. They worked constantly...couldn't get them to even take a short break. They were courteous and respectful, and neat!! They laid out all of the protective coverings for the floors. They swept up, took out bits and pieces of the old tub and tile, and disposed of everything themselves. The final outcome of the one-day job, just like they said, was perfection. The attention to the detail on even the smallest thing like the caulking and how it looked was 100% perfect. We LOVE the new bath tub area and are so very pleased. We now have plans on remodeling the upstairs master suite, and we will be calling Bath Fitters to do the work on the master bathroom. We would recommend Bath Fitters to anyone and everyone!
Description of Work: We LOVE LOVE LOVE our new bathroom!
