Horrible! I was left with unfinished painted walls; torn out bathrooms (no toliets, tubs, basins in 3 bathrooms); all carpet torn out, all vinyl flooring torn out -I was left with walking on foundation concrete floors; light fixtures removed & stolen; all of my expensive household furnishings were suppose to be moved to temperture controlled storage facility of the premise was stacked in my garage and damaged when they moved it to the garage; kitchen cabinets, counters, stove, sinks, floors were all torn out. NOTHING WAS REPLACED AS was contracted. Marlo Green operating as "Heavenly Hand Contractors, LLC, took $40,000.00 of my money in cash; this does not include over $8,000.00 in other damages I had to pay for damages to my personal property, or the $43,000.00 I had to spend to get my house in a live in condition. I, along with the MS home Builders Association have the pictures, and the Cosmopolitan Bank have his removal of my funds from the Bank to prove all that I claim here. Also, after he demolished my perfectly good home, he would not revove the dumpster from my driveway! The company said it was because he owed them money,and because his company ordered the dumpster he would have to pay them and only he could request that it be removed. Well, when I first called Architectural Remodeling I was looking to add a couple of rooms over my garage. When I first met with Benjamin White, CEO/President, I was impressed with his knowledge about the business. No other contractor we called even compared to him. It was as if he could read my mind. He did exactly everything he said he would. I was even more impressed when he brought back a 3-D image of what my finished addition would look like. All the sub-contractors that he used were absolutely great. Each of his sub-contractors were true specialists of there trade. They made my family feel so comfortable during the whole remodeling process.The new addition was completed 1 week before the deadline that was given at the signing of the contract. Architectural Remodeling really stands out among it's competition.(Also, 1 other company gave us a bid higher than theres and didn't even provide any design services.)
