It was good. They were quick but they were not all that professional. They left tape on the windshield but I didn't notice it until later and I don't know whether that was deliberate. They didn't tell me anything about it. It was an average experience. There were 2 beauty queens that were too busy. They were not impolite but it was not quite what you'd expect. The cost was very good. They had to make sure they had the right windshield and they called me that morning on my way over there to make sure they had the right time 'cause I made the appointment a week in advance.

After waiting in the uncomfortable waiting room for a couple of hours, I decided to walk around. When in the front lobby, I noticed a delivery van driver unloading a windshield. A minute later, the driver came through the front office and told them that the windshield broke when he set it down. I knew that couldn?t be my windshield since I had already been there (with an 8:00 am appointment) for a couple of hours, but it was! They checked and discovered that the closest replacement windshield was in Meridian. They told me that my car would not be ready until around 4:30. I told them that I would just come back later. However, that was not possible since they had already removed my windshield. Therefore, I demanded that they take me home rather than sit there all day. Their van went dead when we were trying to exit the parking lot; it was almost out of gas; and it did not have a passenger seat belt. What an adventure that was. When they came to pick me up that afternoon, I was informed that the windshield in Meridian was not the correct one. Therefore, they had installed a temporary windshield. They told me that it would take two weeks for the correct windshield to arrive and to not call them; they would call me. Two weeks passed without a call, so I called them. I had to explain the whole situation since they didn?t seem to remember any of this. I made a new appointment and when I got there, I had to explain the whole thing again since they couldn?t understand why I was there. After wasting another couple of hours, I was given the keys to my car. I have never had my car returned to me so filthy. After the first visit, I had to vacuum glass out of the car and clean grease marks off the fabric seats and carpet. Now that I?m finished with the second visit, I need to vacuum again since I see more glass. Also, I?ll have to get the steam cleaner out again too. Never again!
