+ -1 moreI was SO impressed! From the time I called the office (the one in Brandon, MS) until my garage door was fixed was less than an hour. The guy (I'm sorry I can't remember his name but he is the one that covers Rankin County in MS) was very prompt, very knowledgeable and very professional. I felt the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again if I ever need any more work done on my garage door. I highly recommend them! They evidently have offices in Raymond, Madison, Jackson and Brandon, MS.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken spring (actually he replaced both springs) on my garage door.

+ -1 moreThe garage door stopped working approximately 4 days prior. Upon a recommendation from a co-worker I called the Door Man. The representative collected my information and within 24 hours the service person connected with me to see what my issue was. Based upon my description of what my door was not doing, the service person gave me an initial diagnosis of what may be my trouble and worked with my schedule to arrange an at home eval. Needless to say the serviceman evaluated and fixed my garage door problem in less than 45minutes allow me to continue with my very busy day. I am very happy with the service I received.

+ -1 moreVery well. Repairman was able to swap out a non functioning control box on my opener with one from a second garage door that I do not need Homelink for. Works fine and saved me money and time. Work was prompt, professional, courteous, and solved the problem
