They provide 100% excellent service every time. They're really good. The actual owner comes out to do the work and he always answers the phone. He's able to schedule me in a timely manner. He's just very professional when he comes out.

I explained to Michael that I did not expect miracles but, peice of mind that the carpets would be clean when we moved in was my main goal. Well I got a MIRACLE all the rooms look great but, the dining room is fantastic looking now considering what he started with!! Every single stain in the dining room other than an orange paint stain was removed and I knew it was there to stay but, it is much less visible than before. I would recommend White Glove Carpet Cleaning to anyone looking for professional/prompt service, I know in the future if I need anymore carpet cleaning I will definitely call Michael again! I also was on a very short time schedule as I am moving from another state to Hattiesburg,Ms.and was needing to get this work done before I left town. I contacted White Glove Carpet Cleaning on Tuesday afternoon and Michael met me at the property within the hour and agreed to do the carpeting for me before I left town. He was kind enough to come after he had finished all of his scheduled work on Thursday afternoon on his way home and do the job for me. The house was hot! The electricity was on but, I had not turned on the air conditioner as I hadn't thought about it he never said a word about it but, I felt terrible as it was and quot;HOTand quot; and one half of the carpet was upstairs. The last thing I want to tell you is that the bedroom carpeting is worn and Michael was very open and up front about the condition of it. He explained why there was a ripple in the master bedroom carpet and that he could stretch it but, that due to the condition and age of the carpet the ripple would remain so he didn't recommend stretching it. Now i was very impressed over that he could have said it needed to be done and charged me for it but he chose to be honest (aka saving me money) . I just cannot say enough good about White Glove Carpet Cleaning. A VERY POSITIVE experience working with them. A job well done!

We were very satisfied, and it is a relief to know we have someone we will be glad to contact when we need carpet cleaning again. I waited to write this review because I wanted to see if those problems spots would return. It's been over a month and they haven't. We feel SOOO much better about our carpet. It looks great. We will use White Glove again and we will recommend White Glove to our family and friends.

Showed up promptly. very pleasant and professional. 20 year old carpet looks brand new. Dried quickly. I can't believe how well couch cleaned up. Cost was about half of others we contacted. Was recommended to us by friends who also had good experiences.

I called to get a quote for carpet cleaning. For 3 bedrooms, a large living room, and hallway, he quoted $165 and scheduled me for later that week. I moved as much furniture as I could off the carpet. He arrived on time and did a great job. I was charged $165 as quoted on the phone. It took about 2 hours for the carpet to completely dry. Before leaving, he showed me the ceramic tile grout that bordered my carpeted areas. The grout had gotten some cleaner on it and looked great! I asked him if he did grout cleaning and how much it would cost to do the grout throughout the house. For 2 bathrooms, kitchen floor, kitchen countertops, breakfast nook floor, hallway, and laundry room he quoted $350. I scheduled him for the following week! I have tried cleaning the grout on my kitchen countertops with little results. After White Glove finished, I was extremely pleased. White Glove is a very professional and well-run company. I am most pleased with the results from both cleanings.

I had severely stained carpet upstairs from my daughters dogs. I wasn't sure the carpet could be saved. I had guests coming in for the weekend and I needed the carpet cleaned. A relative had referred me to White Glove. I called and set up an appointment time. He was very honest from the get-go. He told me that it might be that he would not be able to get the carpet clean if the dog urine stains had gotten too bad. He came, he saw, he cleaned. I was very pleased with the job he did. If he could clean THAT carpet he could surely clean just everyday traffic stains. He was prompt and courteous. I think the price I paid was reasonable for the cleaning job he did.
