They lied and deceived me for two days and then didn't even properly fix the clogged sewer line. I had to hire another company to do the job right. I was so ripped off by Mr. Rooter.

I was billed $1269.50 and asked for a detailed billing of what I paid for, I then had to pay $669 to another company to have them do this job correctly. I was in contact with a supervisor named John E. and I let him know that the people that were sent out did not do this job correctly. He said he would get back in touch with me, he never called me back within the time he said. Their unresponsiveness caused be to spend the additional $669 in order to get a company to come out to fix the problem correctly.

They were very personable and friendly. I thought they were eager and willing to make right anything that wasn't done correctly. The problem with the work was that they had to keep coming back. There were leaks after the new stuff was fixed. He made holes in the wall to make the repair and after the fact he said that we would need to get somebody else to fix it. It took a lot of time to fix it and he had to keep coming back but he was good in the way that he was eager to keep coming back to fix it. They also gave me a poor referral for a repair company.

They were supposed to call me and do the job but rain was forecast for most of the week and they didn't bother to call me, so I called them. I had to be out of town the next week when they decided the rainy weather would be over, I told them I wanted pictures of all connections and the uncovered plumbing. When I returned and they came to get their money they said they forgot to take pictures. This didn't make me happy but they gave me a 6 year warranty to make up for it. All the plumbing is in a location I can see if it is wet and they have done work for me in the past so I accept that they did a good job. My water pressure is better and my plumbing drains faster so it seems to be working better.

While I did have an issue with a leak, when I contracted Mr. Rooter Mr., John called me the night I reported the issue, sent a crew to ensure drying was completed and checked throughout the process to ensure that I was taken care of. Anyone could have a leak, but a truly great company stands behind their work. Mr. Rooter was there for me. They are great people.

He looked at everything and took his time.

Went well, ended up spending less than estimate since they found the job was not as involved as first thought. Just be sure to check your gates afterwards ... they accidently left mine open and my dog escaped.

I was grossly overcharged for the cost of the disposal ($50 more than retail price!), and charged for 2 hours of labor when it only took the guy 50 minutes to diagnose problem and install disposal!When I complained, they simply made excuses and stated that I was charged for the time (30 minutes) the plumber left to get the replacement disposal. What a crock! This is my second bad experience with this company. Do NOT use them, they will take you for a ride, particularly if you're a female.
